Horrible service, I put special instructions when I ordered my pizza online. My order was wrong when I called and spoke with Peter, the manager he said sorry but they are busy and rushing to get things done. He did not care that my order was wrong and didn't even offer to make it right. I wouldn't be ordering from this dominos again.
We ordered food online almost 2 hrs ago and still nothing delivered. Called the store and asked whats going on and why its been two hrs and still didnt have food delivered and the guy actually told my husband that it typically takes over two hrs after you order to get food. Are your serious; seems like this store is going further downhill.
I love my Domino's Pizza, my new favorite is Philly steak and banana peppers and the awesome cinnamon and sugar bread with icing! They always prepare me a hot and delicious meal and the best part after I order just a few times I get a free pizza it's simply the greatest!
According to the app my order would be ready by 6:05pm at latest. I watched the tracker on the app and it had not moved from prep. I arrived at the window at 5:55pm and was told my order would take another 30 minutes. I understand getting behind, but inform your customers before they arrive. What if they had to be back at work or something.
Ordered pizza and subs on line. It said it would be ready between 6:11 and 6:21. Showed up at 7:25 and was told it would be another 25 minutes because they were short staffed. This is not acceptable.Mike

Placed an order around 6pm said it would be 2 hours for delivery. We were all in. It is now after 10pm and no delivery. No one is answering the phone there either. You tell me why I'm not recommending it?
Horrible experience toke the 20 mins to hand me the pizza after I paid for it was sittin.on the shelf whole time 5ppl running in circle poor management makes or breaks a bussiness
