great food, great and friendly wait staff

There are good Denny's and so-so Denny's. This is a Good One! I had Amy as my waitress. Enjoyed her good nature and had answers for my questions about the menu. With her saying the new Lasagná dish was getting compliments, I tried it.I miss the Brooklyn Spaghetti (which they took off the menu) so I held reservations about this new plate. I was very pleasantly surprised. Not just a good taste, but Very Good. Baked with crunch around the sides of the lasagná and layered really well with cheeses, meat and meatsauce. Taste of sweet in it and the baked on parmesan was done just right.Amy says this is a test run for it. I'm thinkin they keep it.Restaurant was clean, smelled clean as well. Everyone here greeted each customer. The regulars and newcomers alike.Thank you Amy, Management, and Crew!This is a Good Denny's:-)
They get two stars because they kept bringing me half cooked hashbrowns, and over cooked eggs extremely disgusting. Only once they got it right. And I did not leave a tip, because those are earned and not given, not a place I'd care to return to. There's no excuse to as to why these orders kept coming out wrong. Someone was in a hurry, or didn't care about presentation, or just simply didn't care for the person being served. At the end of the day it's still a craft, and a job has to be done to all cooks at Dennys you men, and women have to do extremely better to serve and cook food the way you'd want your mother or children and self to eat it.

Oh my God where do I begin if you don't mind getting diarrhea it's the perfect place for you service is very slow which I can understand but when the food comes out burnt hard to eat what can you do then they overcharged everybody it made me feel like I was paying for the straws in their cups and plates I don't know about you guys I'm not planning on going back anytime soon and I really really don't recommend that place for any type of food if you want food go across the street at airport exit to Wendy's at least then you'll have a pleasant meal thank you have a beautiful day and fair warning if you do eat at Denny's make sure you have an extra roll of toilet paper in your car you will need it have a nice night
We saw this "diner" and thought it would be a fun place to eat. I did not realize it is a Denny's, which generally is not my favorite place to eat. However, everything was good. My husband had the chicken tenders and it was a large portion, with just the right seasoning. I had a sandwich, served hot with a side of fruit, delicious! Waitress was adorable and so good. Easy access off and on I-70. Highly recommend!
dennys... a classic diner. come on over and visit...you can breakfast..lunch...or dinner anytime of the day. The salmon was a little dry. But I was told you can request that they put more butter on it. Flavor was good and the potatoes were spot on. The broccoli had a bit of a snap...which is good. That means it wasn't cooked to death.
now I just got a carry out order and I am so glad I did not just go to the standard fast food option. everything was so good the crepe was delicious and hit the spot. I like how they packaged the to go order... separating the crate from the rest of my food. it was so pretty that I took some photos and I will upload them. the staff was extremely friendly and the food was hot... five stars because I can't think of anything that could have been changed that would have made it better. my only real nag is I wish that they use real eggs for their scrambled eggs. the imitation egg product is just cheap tasting and really not very good. it ruins the rest of the meal. I really wish I had gotten over medium or the egg white option
This is the post I made 5 months ago, "The staff is always so friendly, and you can always depend on Denny's for a consistently good meal." but boy has it changed. I went to dinner there this evening and had a ok meal. It wasn't great, it was nothing like we had before, in fact, my daughter is sick tonight from it. The staff is still great, would give them 5 stars still. The interior of the restaurant has been totally updated and looks really nice. But the food was just sad. Nothing is seasoned, even the seasoned fries! I had pancakes and swear they forgot the salt in the batter. The omelets, the ranch dressing and the burgers are just not the same. Just sad to see it change so much. Not sure if we will be going back. I give the staff and the atmosphere 5*, but the food a 2*
