Basically I go to Captain D's for the fish, but the last two visits the fish strips were half the normal width and had lost the taste of former fish. I know companies have to cut corners but messing with your star doesn't make sense

A couple of weeks ago, I got the most intense craving for a fish sandwich. But I knew for sure I didn't want one from the typical fast food places that are just more or less fish sticks mashed together and deep fried. YUCK. I remembered that Captain D's had really good, huge filets on their sandwich, but I hadn't been there in years, so I wondered if they would live up to my memory... ohhh myyyy, did they! It tasted so fresh, and it tasted just as delicious as I recalled. Plus, their unsweetened iced tea is unbeatable! Captain D's is now my only go-to for fish sandwiches!
Got every sauce except for what i asked for and by the way those cardboard straws suck, what a waste of money, if any.

Too cold fish planks and two chicken strips from the middle of the page in the Sysco catalog. Approximately 15 french fries. Captain D's hush puppies are damn good though. Maybe this shows my age, this is a $6 meal and cost 10.
Food is always fresh and hot. The inside is very well kept.
I absolutely LOVE their lobster rolls. I’ve been to main and had the “best”. In my opinion, this $5 order is better. I like that they shred it and throw lettuce under it and the buns are delicious. This with a side of green beans and a tea have become a weekly trip for me. Historically, their staff have always been really nice for a fast-food restaurant and even take your trays and bring you refills if you’re with a senior which has been nice. They just haven’t had anything I liked enough to be a regular for until now.
I would never eat there again portion was small food wasnt awful and no inside dining
Sat in the drive thru at the window for 20 minutes for two meals I understand it takes time to cook but I have ate at many captain Ds and this by far is sad as can be the gas that’s burned waiting on them makes the meals not worth anything
