The store was filthy (even behind the register area where they prepare everything). We waited a while for our food and when we received it, the burgers were cold. We saw an employee go outside to smoke and he did NOT wash his hands before returning to the sandwich line. I saw they were very short staffed (only 3 employees and 1 manager), so maybe close your dinning room and do drive thru only?
1 star because I got my order of 2 #5 breakfasts, but it was wrong. 6:30 AM no one in dining room and 2 cars in the drivethru.Looked like 2 guys dressed for construction work were running the place. Ridiculous. If you don't have enough help then close the place. Better than losing customers from being unclean, unprofessional, slow and rude. BK is officially off my list.
Placed an order tonight. They were not busy. Staff seemed friendly. I ordered a double impossiwhopper. I paid for a double. Get home, it’s a single. So I call. The guy tells me he made my order. Ok, so why isn’t it right. He proceeded to tell me I was charged for a single. And of course, no receipt! This isn’t the first time they have screwed up orders and refused to fix it. And heaven for bid, don’t contact corporate, they won’t even get back to you!! I’m done with bk on maple Ave in zanesville!!
Fast and hot food. The lady who took my order was so polite.
I received the wrong sandwich I asked for a double whopper they gave me a double impossible I asked for no cheese had cheese on it lactose an tolerant the meat was old and dry they did not toast the bun the whole sandwich was cold same with the frys. The only reason I'm not giving this a 1 star is just because the lady at the window was very sweet .
The staff was friendly and food was hot and fresh.

The breakfast was wrong the 1 employee when we went to pay did an excellent job at making sure our order was right got to where we picked it up in drive thru crab the wrong breakfast sandwich but other than that all employee's was very nice did everything with a smile excellent customer service
Always pleasant employees and the food is hot and the order is right every time. Highly recommend.
