It was on Tuesday evening at 8:30 and it took awhile to get seated and the girl that seated us acted upset that there were people coming in, made a comment about her being mad and she said that she was. Then it took awhile to get service, then when food came it wasn't right, and it was cold, and had food mixed in that wasn't ordered,mentioned it too the waitress and she told the manager and he never came to the table to check on us or ask what was wrong or anything.
Waited 40 minutes for a 15 minute wait time only for people that came behind us to be seated.

Despite being short staffed, the staff they do have in South Zanesville is top notch. The waiter and waitresses rock!
49 minutes to get a breakfast that consisted of pancakes only and one that was meat eggs and a pancake. There was only 12 tables total occupied. Every time we come here it seems to take that much longer to get anything. I've worked at restaurants and this would never have been ok at them. The whole time you hear the waitresses apologizing for the wait.We finally got half of our food then a couple minutes later the other half showed up. The whole time you could hear the cooks in the back BSing and the waitresses yelling for stuff to finish half ready orders.
Great food. Friendly staff. Our waitress was friendly and bubbly. Great visit.
Bob Evans is a great family friendly restaurant with great food. I only give it a four, because the tea I always gets is somewhat bland. But other than that, I highly recommend.

My kids call it the fancy restaurant. Everyone is super nice. Feels like a nice down home kind of place. Food is good service is great.
