Really good food but really bad waitress , child ordered pig pancake and never had butter or syrup and by the time the waitress came back she turned her back on us and so I went up front and asked for butter and syrup and strawberry jam , my wife asked for dinner rolls got nothing and when she did finally come back we asked again and she handed us the bill and her response was on the dinner rolls were it's not on your bill and walked away ... we were really upset about her way of treating folks and just very rude ! ?
I tried the new honey butter chicken. It was pretty good. The service was great. It wasn't too busy. The price was good too.
How does one Bob Evans serve small portions of food ? and then get told by a manager that they got audited so they had to do portion control, and went to another one a few days before and ordered the same thing and couldn't hardly finish my food. Safe to say which one I'll be going to eat at....

The Manager at the Underwood Location is underpaid! Chris handled a tough customer with professionalism and empathy.
Good food, service was a bit slow but with staffing issues and such it was acceptable.
The food that was served was cooked correctly and had quality taste, but the "special breakfast menu" was a well calculated ploy to maximize profits. The servers were told fries could be substituted for other potato products but the manager wouldn't allow the substitution, hotcakes could be served with expensive meals but couldn't be purchased as a stand-alone meal, many foods served with the meals we can't eat because of medical dietary restrictions but management wouldn't allow any substitutions, and when it was all said and done the bill for three people who do not eat very much cost almost $40.. we realize that it's the day before Thanksgiving, but if a restaurant serves the food with another dish but will not serve said item as normal and only has the most expensive meals listed and won't substitute items that are available, it's really disappointing, to say the least. I came to town to visit loved ones for the holidays while this was my first visit to this Bob Evans, it will likely be my last as well.
The waitress was so nice. We both loved the food! Food was fast coming out. The price was great!
Literally called and ordered to go food 9 minutes before closing. When I picked up our order the staff was so nice and the food was so fresh and delicious!! Thank you for the home town love and good food!!
Food was great and yummy. Had a good variety of choices for the kids. Nice clean place to enjoy a meal
