It had been at least 3 years since my last visit at Applebee's but seeing how I had a ride, today was a good day to go back.I ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp.It was delicious. A large portion so I brought my left overs home to eat later on.My server was great! She smiled a lot, was quick with my refills and was very conciderate to my needs.My only issue with my Applebee's visit, I was seated next to a family of 6 of which 2 of them were small children that cried ... A lot.I will visit Applebee's again when the opportunity arises.
I used to work at an Applebee's, loved the food. So me & my sister went to Applebee's in Zanesville the other day, about 11:10am so they wasn't busy, maybe 2 or 3 tables with people. We waited 10-15 minutes for the waitress to ask what we wanted to drink, she went to kitchen without asking if we were ready to order which we were, took another table's order then brought our water and sweet tea. When we got our food my sister asked for steak sauce, I asked a 2nd time, when the waitress finally remembered it, we were done eating. Very disappointed.
Terrible experience. The staff were unprofessional, careless, and inappropriate. One worker was hanging out in the entrance to the kitchen clowning with his T-shirt pulled up to his chest and his pants down around his thighs behaving like a kid a school and not an employee. Loud singing, banging pots, and things dropping in the kitchen. The place was chaotic because most employees were “visiting friends “ instead of doing their jobs. Took a while to get our drink order and 20 minutes longer till we got our salads. One order was wrong. The hostess when we left was not paying attention to anything, just enjoying her drink. Indifferent and uninterested. When we got to our vehicle we saw 5 employees smoking at the back door hanging out. No wonder our dinner took forever! Never experienced anything like this before at ANY restaurant. Probably will never go back. Pitiful.
My girlfriend and I had a meal at the bar and a few drinks. The bartender was an absolute trip honestly and went out of her way to keep her bar clean and was swift on getting patrons served. The manager even went out of her way to explain to her how to make a very unique drink my girlfriend used to get there years prior to this visit. Highly recommend them and we'll definitely be back!
Pretty decent actually. The burger looked amazing but was kinda falling apart and the fries were soggy. The wonton tacos were delicious.
2 Adults w a 1 yr old we asked for a booth with a high chair the women at the front said we can't seat you at a booth with a high chair... since when? Food was not the greatest. 1/2 of a Souffle cup of coleslaw was supposed to b as a side. Mac n cheese was dry. We asked for French fries for our 1 yr old and was served on our dinner plate! We will not be going back.
Place was decent. Staff friendly enough. Took a little longer than maybe it should have to get order. Food wasn't terrible but wasn't super great either
The burger quesadilla was creatively delicious. However the French fries were so over salted they were inedible, wasting 50% of the meal.Thank God the company (my daughter) was fabulous.
we walked in they looked at us never served us so we sat ourselves down. they continued to look at us and not help us after helping someone else who walked in. so we walked out. TERRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
