I wish I could give them 0 stars because the service was so bad! They have chick fil a as competition. The only reason we stopped was because chick fil a was closed. We will never be back.We placed our order and I stressed that my picky child wanted a chicken sandwich with a bun with chicken, no mayo, no lettuce and no tomato. I pulled up to pay and the person had EarPods in and didn’t even acknowledge me at all. He grabbed my card, swiped it and gave it back. No, hello, thank you or have a nice day. I then pull up to the second window and waited for about a minute, which is okay because my son ordered breaded chicken sandwich. The man that handed it to me actually reached out and looked away from me! Another employee that didn’t acknowledge me. As I opened my bag to check the sandwich, the young lady at the window next to the man that handed me my chicken sandwich, said, “She ordered a completely plain sandwich!” She grabbed the sandwich from me, threw it out and grabbed another one. The same guy handed it to me and wouldn’t look at me.That was awful service! I will never be back! Chick fil a sandwiches are better priced and overall taste better! Chick fil a also offers outstanding customer service.
Waited in the drive thru line for 8 minutes at the window for my cold food... (the new honey chicken meal) needless to say the quality of this location has been in free fall for the last few months. I understand staffing issues etc. But when a team leader argues with me when I bring attention to my cold food inside its beginning to be redicous.

Had a Dave's Single for the first time in a while since it's a current $1 special on the app. It was really delicious! Fresh lettuce, tomato, onion with special sauce! Fries weren't as fresh as they usually are. Friendly service.
The wait for the drive through was incredibly long and the workers there were not the friendliest. There was only a couple other people in line and we were waiting over 30 minutes total. They also realized they made the wrong drinks for us and dumped out the liquid in those and used the same cup to get our correct drinks.
So, not sure who was working the drive-thru tonight…but whoever that girl is, seriously, are you really having THAT bad of a day? Rude as can be. Never have I had such a rude person TRY to take my order. My goodness. Never will be back to this Wendy’s considering my husband stopped earlier this week and was told they’re only accepting cash, so stopping by tonight was a complete failure again considering the place is STILL only accepting cash. How? Where is the manager??
I sat in the drive threw for 20 minutes. Just payed after 3 people walked past the window. Pulled up to window to get food, was ignored by Staff that stood and talked. When they finally opened the window they didn't even have food ready. I counted 7 cars in front and behind me who left the line. The line was wrapped around the building behind me and I was the last car left. Ansolute worst experience with Wendy's I have ever had.
This store used to be amazing. My last trip there was so bad, I am not sure I can go back. I understand the current condition of the world, but even the most basic customer service skills need to be present. The pop I got tasted terrible. The food has always been good, but I cannot pay that much and be treated like that by unacceptable employees. I hope they turn things around and teach those employees how to greet and appreciate the customers who are supporting the business that pays their wages. Sorry.
Went here with my son, grandsons, and their mom for dinner after spending a few hours at Extreme Air. The boys were very hungry. They took it order and got it food together fast. Great service!!
All I'm going to say, is I arrived at the drive thru happy and for some reason the girl on the mic either hates her job, had a terribly rough day or just is a very hateful person. She might be the rudest person I've ever encountered in life. Truly made me almost lose my appetite and really has me considering if I ever need to visit Wendy's ever again. It's a shame to go through life that RUDE!
