I ordered a strawberry salad. it contained 3 slivers of an old strawberry. it was awful. when I tried to complain, I was unable to do it on line, got bad telephone numbers and was left on hold. I won't be back

We went yesterday. The line took forever when we finally got to order the lady was rude and had an attitude when I pulled to the window I don’t have a lot on my card so I pulled out 4 dollars in change and a dollar and was gonna put the last 3 dollars on my card. I’ve worked on registers like that before you have to put the cash in the system first then the card. She said how much is on this card I told her I’m not sure but not much and I want to use the five dollars in cash first. She looked at me and said sorry I’m making this complicated but I have to do card first. She didn’t want to count the change. It processed of course and went through but now I barely have anything on my card. She had the audacity to look at me and ask do you still want the change like YES that’s my money. Very rude service what would’ve happened if I didn’t have the money on my card. I would’ve been in the negative.

Wendy's is among the better fast food restaurants and this one is conveniently located such that it is easy on and easy off the Interstate Highway so we tend to stop here for a quick bite when passing through. Drive thru window helps with pandemic caution. Most visits have been just fine, but during last visit the drive thru gave us the wrong sandwich. We counted all of the sandwiches (just 3) before we left the drive thru area. And we checked the wrappers on the sandwiches, which seemed correct. But the chicken sandwich we had ordered to be grilled was instead fried. Unfortunately, we were back on the highway by the time we discovered the error, and we had to throw the sandwich away. This Wendy's owes us a sandwich,

I went through Wendy's 3/4/22 on Belmont Ave in Youngstown Ohio- Drive thru to purchase a Triple Cheese and Fry. cashier - John started saying why would a person buy a Triple Cheese with all that cheese, Will clog up your heart and arteries and started laughing. First of all your job is to serve and wait on me. Not to tell me what to buy. This is against company policy and John needs to be fired. I reported it but John is still on the job.The manager act like she didn't know Wendy's headquarters number. Hey Wendy's is this how you train your employees, How to criticize the customers whenever they purchase your foods. Am sure this is not in your employee handbook. If I could give you a zero I would for the treatment. I received at your drive thru restaurant. I visited Wendy's restaurant 2- days before this incident, I gave the young lady at the window a $5.00 tip.

The food was good, the drive thru line was a little long and we waited 10 minuets for our food but this Wendy's is always busy! The employees were very nice and helpful!

Drive thru is ridiculous for orders to go. Should have a separate window for uber eats,doordash and grubhub. Shouldnt have to wait 20 minutes or longer for a delivery. Employees are rude and unprofessional.

I see all these reviews on how they are super fast and friendly... when they're not . Line are always long, it takes for ever just to order. Once you get to order no matter who is taking it they always have an attitude. If there was another Wendy's in the area I'd go to that one.

Don’t eat this raw rotten food. My son had a baconator and was sick an throwing up all night.

Got order correct. Reasonably fast drive thru. Normal Wendy's quality food.

Always pretty solid for fast food, be prepared to wait in the drive thru a while any night after 7 though it starts poppin pretty quick
