Very nasty attitudes. Waited 30 minutes for food with only shrimp, while people came into the bar after us and received steaks before us.. Burnt nasty mushrooms 3X the manager “dory from finding Nemo” or whatever her name is, brought the same mushrooms back out cold & all.. then a worker slammed into me with a bunch of plates and broke all over the floor under me. dory is so rude and doesn’t need a manager position, she should be a dishwasher with that attitude.
I ordered online Porterhouse steak dinner and Grilled Bbq. Chicken dinner also a Blossom Onion. Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. The bread rolls were delicious. it was over 50.00 and worth every penny. Thank you Texas Roadhouse in Boardman, Ohio
I'm a patient person and understand what it's like to be extremely busy. The wait was long, ok. Our server was polite, attentive & accommodating. The kitchen had a mix up with our steaks & corrected it but not in a timely manner. I asked for a box by the time it was brought out because we were ready to go. My meal was comped without asking & I offered to pay for it because I was still taking it home. But...as an observation, the management needs training in customer service & time management when there is an issue. I'm forgiving, I've walked in their shoes & know it's hard work. I'm not writing them off just giving a little constructive criticism.
Good food, friendly staff. They need more seating for shorter wait times
The waitress tonight was AMAZING!! Always good food, excellent service! Signed into the wait list online and was seated within 20 mins. Very pleased! ?
We always usually have a great meal and experience here. However the last visit was horrible . Not sure if the waitress was new or she was just that bad or what . She initially brought out the wrong drinks. She took our orders , it took 35 minutes to get our salads, we didn’t even order appetizers . The food took another 35 minutes to come out , both my steak and my daughters steak were ordered medium rare and came out well done , and my fiancé’s chicken came out cold . It will be awhile before we return .
Me, my mom, and her boyfriend. We went out to eat last night, the food was really good. They make it fun when people have their birthday. The food was really good, I got full with just bread, salad, and some chicken w/ fries. I didn't even finish it all. They did a great job cooking my mom and her boyfriends steak.
I stopped by for a quick bit. Sat at the bar and ordered a rib eye, salad and chili. The salad came real quick. After being done with the salad for 10-15 minutes, I had to ask for the chili. After being there 40-50 minutes, I ask if I could cancel my steak and just pay for the sides. She said yes and then called for a manager. The manager never showed up, but the steak did after an hour. The people beside me ordered 10 minutes after I did and got their meal 20 -30 minutes bef
So, the place was packed. We were told it would be an hour wait, but were at inside of 20 minutes. The wait staff was busy ,but remained engaged . Only reason I can't give perfect score is that my steak was under seasoned and cold. It was still good just not perfect. Overall experience was good I will be back
