My wife and I were starving and passing through on Feb 19th 2022 while moving to NY. However my wife lost her appetite for the rest of the day upon discovering a pubic hair in her chicken quesadilla as seen circled in the picture. My food receipt is also attached for reference that we did in fact order food at this location. I used to work in food service and normally OSHA requires the workers to wear gloves and hair nets during food prep in effort to prevent this type of thing. Was this a prank by a disgruntled employee? Or are workers not required to wear gloves and hair nets while preparing food at this location? I just recommend triple checking your food before consumption if you order from this Taco Bell. This is the second time I've had food tampered with from a Taco Bell franchise.
Try to avoid this location they can't get a simple order correct. I ordered three Supreme Soft tacos and 6 regular soft and Rec'd 9 regular soft tacos! You can't find good workers today!
It's a Taco Bell/Long John Silver. Kinda sucks because they don't focus on making the fish fresh for each order like in places that just serve one menu. Ordered a 3 piece fish and only 2 of them were edible. They don't sell the onion rings there either. Very disappointing, would not recommend going to this location. Would be better if it were either a Taco Bell or LJS. Both franchises together makes for subpar service and quality. This was the second time I've been, I assumed the poor quality was a one off, but it wasn't.
came thru driver thru about 30 mins ago order food with extra steak barly had any charged me 5.99+1.99 for it tacos was nasty gross served me nachos with no cheese what is this place becoming just close the doors...
I'm a truck driver and they want give me service through the drive-thru what sorry people and please are how do you thank they get there products to be able to work from truck drivers but disrespectful not serve them
Workers are very VERY RUDE. I watch one picking his nose and make people's food as he did it. I just turned around and left and I haven't been back since. I really limit our fast food here in this house!!!
Zero Stars!! Canfield- niles rd. Austintown Location. 8:55 I get to menu after waiting with three cars ahead then they tell me they are closed. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Yelp says they’re open till 1:00. Plus menu has nothing left after the covid. So many items removed! So when do those items come back? That was the last straw. Good help is hard to find when on a Saturday night you close before 9 pm instead of 1am.and they take their phone off the hook.
Taco bell needs to go back to the old menu. I want to know everything you have to offer could care less about just the combo meals or the speciality boxes.. want to know what the things I can make my own combo from
Place was locked drive thru only and could not understand the person on the drive thru speaker is drove away and went to mcdonald's
