Worst Taco Bell to go to on a weekend. The drive thru was extremely busy, and it would take them at least 5-10 minutes to clear one car. I would have left if I wasn’t picking up an order for work.Upon getting to the speaker and telling the guy who spoke I was picking up an order he told me to wait for a brief moment. After five minutes I just drove up to the window. This wookie looking, tall, and scowling individual just kept giving me dirty looks. He finally opened the window and tossed the order out at me like I ruined his life. Obviously, he was having a bad night, but it was very unprofessional and rude.I’ll advise other delivery drivers to avoid this location. Also, if you had bad interactions rate and post them.
I used to live in town here from 2013-2018 and this Taco Bell location is one that you could easily kill 30 minutes of your day waiting in the drive thru lane. I just got back in town and I’m surprised that 4 years later that they are still this way. I am writing this as I wait in line; so far it’s been 15 minutes and I still have yet to even place an order. Come on, Taco Bell. This long and they are still having trouble getting orders out on time? Get the employees what they need to get people moving. I have been to just about every corner of this country and this is still the most painfully incompetent Taco Bell location I’ve been to.
Terrible service waited for what seemed like 5 hours in the drive thru !!! Then never even got my order correct.
WHY ARE YOU SO SLOW? Waited almost 30 minutes for a mess. Once you get in line you’re committed. They made it so you can escape if you’ve been waiting too long
11am and the doors are locked. It says dine in open on google maps and I just ordered in dining room the other day.
Horrible service the tall guy with the black hair he so rude he never says thank u have a nice day none of that. Just paid about 30 dollars I didn’t receive all my items I’m trying to call the store and no answer . I refuse to sit in that line for 30 plus minutes again.
This location (Yo. Pol. Rd.) Is great. The drive through is often busy, but you just have to have a little patience. Good food and friendly workers.
No meat on my taco’s was already home tired calling them an it go to a fax machine not happy at all.
Just don't go in the evenings. The line is way too much to handle, plus you get trapped in the drive thru. Once you get in there is no getting out. Breakfast is ok. Staff can be nice.
every night, after 9am the wait in line is down the road and it takes 30-60 minutes to get your food. I gave them 2 stars because it may be hiring issues. Edit: I went to three stars because the person In front of me ordered 7 items maybe 8 with changes to all..
