Probably one of the worst Taco Bell locations around. Most of the staff are rude and condescending, there are very few who are actually pleasant. Went one day and asked for a freeze in a soda cup and they could just up charge, the girl charged me for two large which was fine and gave me what I wanted as a paying customer. Went the next day to get it again and it was a different girl who proceeded to tell me “we don’t do that, that didn’t happen” to which I responded how the hell are you going to tell me it didn’t happen when it did? They almost always forget something in the order or mess up the order. I don’t even bother going for breakfast due to the wait time, I went once to try the breakfast ten minutes after they were supposed to be open and I had to speak to a guy taking out the trash to ask if they were in fact open bc I wanted to order. I don’t like inconvenience when I’m going to a fast food place. The whole point of fast food is convenience.
They messed up my order three times they would not give me a receipt and would not let me talk to the manager. Took me 25 minutes to get my order right and five different attempts
Positively the worst taco bell service... correction,the worst service I have had anywhere in my life! Ordered 3 cups of nacho cheese with my order & they weren't in the bag, I returned 3 mins later & she said they was closing & she couldn't give me any (it was already paid for). She refused to give me the cheese or my money back! Un believable...if I could give them -5 stars I would!
We order multiple times from your store through door dash and everything that we order we have received has been missing an item in it ..terrible in my view check your orders more before you hand them out.. I get your short staffed but check the bag or bags..
I don't know I can't quite put my finger on it but for the last few times I have been at a Taco Bell (anywhere) the meat tastes different then previous years? I thought at first maybe it was location but they all taste the same. Either my taste has changed or they have. Just tastes off to me and not very good anymore... ?
We made an online order for two boxes, a chulupa box and a crunchwrap box, very simple order even with the changes we made.We were in line at the drive thru from speaker to food for 20 minutes and most if not all of our food was cold.You would also expect these boxes to be boxed individually to keep the orders in line so we don't have to open up our burritos to find out whose food is whose, but they just threw it all in a bag. If you're out of boxes mark the wrappers like you're supposed to.In contrast, the order was correctly made and the staff was friendly.P.S. Clean your griller once in a while. Everyone at the drive thru can see it.
Amazing though they tend to struggle when getting vegetarian options. Sometimes they don't fully understand and mess up the orders. Very reliable, quick and good.
We ask for no tomatoes but they failed..chalupas were cold forgot the side of sour cream we paid for also asked us what sauces but included none
They had my order all wrong. Me knowing it wasn't right at all, two worker was looking confused on what number I said.. Then they didn't give a receipt. Manger did fix my order correctly I appreciate that.
Make sure you check your order before you leave. They like to mess up.
