Kachida and Zaire were awesome Very polite and patient, sandwiches were great.
Staff was not knowledgeable about their products. Over charged me, charged tax on a to go order. Manager was nice about refunding my money, but nothing to compensate me for my time or inconvenience. You'd think there would have been a coupon for a free cookie at least.
The worker was impatient did not heat up my checkin and had a attitude the hole time

I was the 3rd customer in line and still waited 20 minutes to get my order only to have the steak not even hot. Love subway but will not come back to this one

Came to the door a half an hour before their listed operating hours to tell me they were closed and were super rude about it
Terrible! Ordered online and picked up. Got home and sandwiches were wrong. I am highly allergic to tomatoes and of course my sandwich was loaded with them. Even after customizing the order to not have them on the sandwich. Also had pickles on it, gross, and suppose to have caesar dressing but had ranch. After picking everything off of it that I didn't ask for to be on it I couldn't even eat it. My husbands sandwich was thrown into a greasy brown paper bag ( which I have never seen done before) and was sloppy and all of the insides fell out into the bag. Mine was wrapped in the usual paper they use to roll it up. He ordered the chicken bacon ranch foot long so not like it was anything unusual. I ordered the chicken caesar sandwich. I tried to call the location where I ordered it several times to let them know but I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone. I will never go here again when ordering online for pick up. Just horrible and thanks for almost killing me with the tomatoes!
Employee was incompetent. She tried to over charge me and made one of the sandwichs wrong. And she had her mask around her chin.
