Unbelievably delicious!"the best ribeye steak sandwich on the planet! Entrees are 5 star as well, along with the service. Kristina was great. Was my wife and I anniversary, had a rd trip and stumbled upon this place! Great find!
After a long day, we went here and had an awesome waitress. The food was good!
We stopped in on our way to McKinley Museum. The food is excellent. The pasta is excellent. The service was also top notch
This was my third visit to Stonebridge. The first time I went, it was great! The second time, it was average. This time, I went with my mom and daughter. We were nickeled and dimed when it came to switching out an item on on appetizer (that was already pricey). Then, while I was eating my clam chowder I spotted a hair in my bowl. A gross experience! When I told the wait staff, they were apologetic and said they would take it off the bill and get me a new one. She came back a few minutes later and said since I had ordered a bowl, not a cup they were just going to charge me for the cup. Um, what!? So I still paid for my soup with a hair. I wish the manager had honored what the server said and removed it from my bill. Likely won't be back, though the restaurant dynamic is beautiful and could be a great place to eat.
Yesterday we hosted a team dinner for our staff of 20. I chose Stonebridge because their website says they’re open until 10 pm but the entire team felt completely rushed out and unwelcome. We left at 9:15. This is a group of grown adults. I would understand if we were acting out or being loud but we did neither. We’ve had these dinners at other restaurants and are normally treated wonderfully, even given free rounds of drinks but that was not the case this time. I’d like to mention that we all get drinks, apps, desserts, and each employee chooses their own entree. This was not a family style dinner. At first the servers were kind and accommodating, but after one round of drinks the service grew less than friendly and extremely slow. I was asked if I wanted a second sangria, then didn’t see our server until right before the food came. At that point six of us needed refills and when we asked we were told to hold on because they were about to serve our food. When we ordered dessert.. they put it in to-go containers for every single one of us... at a quarter to 9! The servers attitudes were absolutely horrible towards us even when they brought our huge bill. This was supposed to be a night to celebrate our team and the hard work they do, but the poor attitudes toward us definitely effected our team. So much that it’s still being talked about by my staff. We will never be back.
Disappointing meal!! Had lobster bisque soup and Italian greens as I had dental surgery and could only eat soup and soft foods. Lobster bisque soup should be creamy. This was like water. On the bright side I guess I saved on calories!! My husband ordered chicken parm. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the chicken slide out of the breading before. Maybe he save on extra calories too LOL! Needless to say I don’t think we will be back
We ordered steaks for take out at Stonebridge Boardman. It was supposed to be cook medium rare and this is what we got. We decided to bring the first steak back so they can see we’re not making it up. Actually the second steak was even worst. Whoever is on the grill doesn’t know how to cook a meduim rare steak or doesn’t know how to grill. This is not our first time to encounter the same problem on this restaurant. We are very disappointed. They ruined our dinner. Will never recommend this place.
The wife enjoyed her meal. Food was always hot, and portions were in line with Texas, so there was more than enough. Also, this location had a seated crowd on both nights we got takeout, so they must be doing something right.
Cold draft beer. Most of the help is friendly. A few are uptight, easy to pick out. Got a sandwich for 11 bucks. The fries were extra cost, what's up with that. Appetizers were way over priced. Hot peppers in oil for 8 bucks. Crazy. Good atmosphere, I will go back for a beer.
I came here this Saturday before Valentine's Day to celebrate early, they had an amazing amount of specials for Valentine's Day weekend, I tried the chocolate strawberry martini and it was pretty great.I tend to like trying vegetarian dishes so I got the eggplant parmesan and it did not disappoint. I think about it to this day lol.My partner got the French onion soup and he said it was the best French onion soup he had ever had. Lots of cheese in there! It's a very nice space, I thought it was more of an intimate setting, but honestly it's a very nice family restaurant. Restaurant. Lots of laughter and good vibes! My partner and I plan to stop by again before we move!
