I recently attended a private dining event at this establishment and was blown away! Every member of the Springfield staff went above and beyond - from the event organizer to management! The room was beautiful, intimate and even had its own bar! The room had two wonderful servers - Jessica and Jill - that were just fantastic and didn’t miss a beat! Every course served was even better than the last! I can’t express how impressed I truly am with this restaurant and just wanted to say thank you!
Excellent service and wonderful food! Was traveling alone but was not treated differently. The pot roast was delicious!
We drove up from Florida wanting to once again experience a fabulous meal. We brought another couple along wanting to share this experience. We all ordered steaks anticipating a wonderful meal. Lauren brought our steaks but mixed them up and the Orders. Of course everyone started eating prior to realizing the steaks had been given to the incorrect people. We continued and finished our meals, but everyone very disappointed. The person wanting medium rare ended up with a very well done, and the well done person with medium, etc. needless to say a couple hundred dollars later it was a not so great evening. Love the restaurant so a bit disappointed in front of our friends.
We had dinner here before attending a basketball game. We had high hopes based on the reviews but we were disappointed in the actual experience. The bread and butter were very good. Both the New Zealand lamb chop with hummus and artichoke spinach dip appetizers were good. The lobster bisque was terrible. We had three filets one of those with the fire bleu sauce. Two of the three were pretty good and one was amazingly bland.
Great food, nice atmosphere. Quality dishes without breaking the bank. Fillet tips with mushrooms, asparagus, and pasta. Wonderful
Great place to enjoy good food and good company while sitting next to a fireplace. The salmon is spectacular! And I was told the mashed potatoes were a hit as well. Everyone in out group loved everything. Very much worth a visit to see for yourself.
This Springfield, like all the resturants in the Springfield group has such a home felt atmosphere and best customer service at all levels. Stopped in while on a shopping trip for the day and are never disappointed, as we never are at any of the other restaurants in this family owned chain. Kudos to all! Thanks to all for their professionalism.

This was our first time dining at this restaurant and it will definitely not be our last! Aesthetically, it is absolutely gorgeous inside! We sat next to a warm fireplace and had a lovely dining experience. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming which really makes you feel at ease in these crazy times. The food and drinks are fabulous ( try the honey fig Manhattan!) and the staff were all very nice! Service was very attentive and management even stopped by our table. My son was so excited that he got to pick stickers for eating his whole meal! Overall, a wonderful experience!
We were here for my husband's birthday and it was a little chilly inside. Sheila turned the heat up at my request and then she came back to thank me after another guest commented on how warm and cozy it was in the restaurant! Thank you so much Amanda for making our dining experience more than we had expected ?We will definitely be back for the lamb lollipops and lobster shrimp cakes ??
