Been going for many years...but...Not anymore...placed my order and it was not even close to correct!Should have checked..my last few times I noticed it was going down but this time...I'm done...so sad...Food quality was poor..and thrown together
I understand difficult time’s finding employees to work, in 2022 after COVID-19. But when you go in to order your food and the girl working at the counter walks away when asking about sandwiches cause she not explaining it right. And says that loud to the other girl behind the counter “I can’t today”… I was not trying to be difficult I was trying to understand what you your telling me. Because clearly you didn’t know how to explain it correctly. And the other lady laughed. And made comments about what I ordered. This world is sad. Be a good person.
Hi bought a sandwich few months ago. Long time customer too much bread not enough meat on them not happy
The nicest lady working tonight at 6pm 1/22, she was very friendly, and interactive. The young men working were diligently working also. They were all so kind, polite, and helpful. I was ordering for someone else, I am not always in that area. It was nice to see an atmosphere with so much going on in the world today. Thank you for wonderful service.
Reviewed about a year ago and thought I would update it unfortunately not for a good reason, I like to place phone orders ahead time for convince and have to call about 3 or 4 times because the phone rings indefinitely with no answer presumably because they just don't want to answer, after placing my order I regularly am disappointed to see that what I ordered and what is clearly written on the bag is rarely what is on the actual sandwich. I used to work there before the management changed so I know its not that hard to answer the phone and make the correct order. but oh my has it been incredibly frustrating and annoying, considering I order from here somewhat often. This probably wont result in any change at the restaurant but as a heads up just try and reiterate what you want several times and always check your sandwich before leaving because its probably wrong.

Youngstown's Best subs. Their bread is Always fresh.. Meats are Great and the deep fried mushrooms are a perfect way to make you want to come back over and over. Good people working there and they work very hard to make your order perfect.

Ordered extra mayo. They put triple provolone on it. The lettuce was as if it came out of a salad bowl. Austintown is much better.
