The small split lobster tail, Not the normal size was undercooked. They used to give you crab legs with the reg large lobster tail and the small split one. I think they called it the admiral's feast. Shrimp scampi was undercooked. Fried shrimp was good. Cole slaw, lobster bisque soup and biscuits were good. Really disappointing. I also enjoyed the salad that they used to offer in the past while waiting for dinner.They're charging more for less quality and quantity... it used to be my favorite restaurant.Waitress was super nice. It was for mother's day.. so I enjoyed time with my kids and appreciate their beautiful gesture..?
I have always had a good experience here and I never have left a review before in my life but this was absolutely terrible. we came in at 9pm and we asked to make sure they were still open and they invited us in , the salmon was raw and asked for well done . The scallops were undercooked , ordered a sangria and got a margarita , got billed for the margarita and the sangria and the lady said she would take off and that we can keep , they kept it on the bill the manager said that it is illegal that they give free Alcoal but the server said it is free . So we paid for it because she said she will call police if we don’t we said bring police but just didn’t want to deal with heacache , the server brought our food with a unlit ciggarete in her hand , this was truly beyond awful . Checks were weong three times Aswell

Everything was great. Perhaps a little too much garlic on the biscuits and mushrooms. My server Michelle was particularly pleasant and attentive. ??
Went for a late Valentine's dinner, went early afternoon less crowded, great service, friendly waitress and excellent food. The cheddar bay biscuits are the best. The bacon wrapped scallops were delicious, the Fish and fries were phenomenal as well as the shrimp variety platter.
Did call ahead seating and still had to wait 50 min with 4 kids. Terrible management and service. When the food came out the crablegs were cold. The lobster tail was less than adequate. My son's lobster tail made him sick. Didn't get no refills on any of the 5 drinks we had because there was no waitresses to serve people. First and last time going.
My son's treated me to dinner for my birthday at the Boardman location and despite the sign on the front door saying "please be patient due to severe under staffing " it was the BEST service I've experienced in a restaurant ever. Shea or Shay was our server (Great attitude and very pleasant personality)but it seemed like the whole staff helped each other out, not just at our table. I would definitely be back to that establishment

I went to this restaurant yesterday evening with another family and we were seated immediately. The hostesses were very prompt and courteous, and hard working! I ordered a garlic linguine Alfredo with shrimp and hubby ordered a salmon bowl. There was one small blip, my son ordered from the kids menu; we were expecting battered chicken but received grilled chicken and it was a tiny bit on the saltier side, we were wondering why he didn’t like it, and hubby tasted his chicken later and realized it was salty. Poor kid, he didn’t know how to explain it. Other than that I love Red Lobster and was glad our party of eight, including another family, got seated promptly. Another restaurant out right refused to seat us, which was mortifying since this other family was a guest of ours for the evening and we wanted to eat and have a good time. Thanks for saving the day Red Lobster at Boardman! Five stars for great service!
Third time doing curbside, I have never waited less than 20 minutes after the time they told me to be here. Let me be clear, called when I got here, I'm in the parking lot right now, 25 minutes after my pickup time, barely any cars in the parking lot, nobody has brought my food. I will never come here again, the food isn't that good to begin with, very frozen microwave quality, but my mom likes it so I humor her every once in awhile. I have never experienced anybody, in my life, worse at their job than the people responsible for curbside pickup at this location.
