Great food, as always. I have eaten checkers and rallys for over 30 years and rarely do they disappoint. The only downfall is the service and that is because they havent upgraded their ordering system in the last 30 years, so the lady had to walk back and forth from the window to the machine for every item i wanted to order. Even though i had to drive over an hour one way to get food, i will do it again in a heartbeat.
So we had a big order and I understand that sometimes big orders can be hard for them to get everything correct but if we go back and tell you that you missed something you should just say okay no problem. I'll fix that for you. That is not what happened. This time we told them that they messed up something on our order and they told us that they counted it themselves and that they got it correct. Listen it would not make any sense for us to make up that you missed something on our order. We already ordered and paid so it wouldn't make sense for us to just make up that we needed.
I love Rally's food but they have been closed every time I go by for the last month. Today I seen a sign up that said they would be closing at 4:00 p.m. due to staffing issues. Guess that's why I haven't seen them open.
Employees don't care. Takes 20-30 minutes to get through drive through even if your the only customer there. That wouldn't be the end of the world if the food was fresh, but to wait that long and have all your food be cold and old is even worse.
Terrible. Went through the drive thru at 2pm waited at the ordering board for 10 minutes.. Decided to pull around tobthe window to see what's up. No one was even in there.. I mean we couldn't even get a sign on the window?
I don't understand how it takes 15 minutes to make a hamburger. Like do they honestly sit around an talk an say oh hey we should cook there food so they can eat. Unprofessional an extremely slow drive through
Lines almost always wrapped around the darn building but if I'm opting to get fast food from a burger & fry type joint Rally would be my #1 choice hands down might hafta wait a good spell for ur order but it's worth it as foods ALWAYS fresh & hot when received
This Restaurant has the worst service! Everyone I go there nobody greets me and then they hand me food with an attitude every single time! No thank you out anything. I deliver food and I will no longer delivery for this location due to the horrible service and close way earlier than listed. This store is not going to last long with these people working here! It doesn’t cost anything to be kind! I got to the window today while they were open. They had people in the drive thru as well and they tell me they can’t do my customers order because they are closed and shut the window in my face! My customers good should be ready when I get there notification, so why was it not waiting for me?

Spent 25 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered a Baconzilla and a small fry. Fries tasted like chicken. It was 8PM there was no one in the drive thru when I got there. First and last time for me.
