Food was decent. I ordered a lamb pita which was good but came with no sauce, and the fries were a little burnt. Server was friendly enough and did a good job. HOWEVER...our party was seated by an exit door to a patio (I think?) The patio seemed to be closed to customers that evening so I'm not sure who they were, but there were several people SMOKING on the patio. I don't know, but I thought Ohio had a law about smoking within a certain distance of a place of business?? So I'm not sure if smoking is allowed on the patio or not, but I can tell you EVERY time that patio door was opened with a restaurant employee going in or out (which was A LOT!) the smoke flew right back in our faces. I will never go to that restaurant again because of this. It was absolutely disgusting to eat with the smell of smoke going up my nose and down my throat the whole time. Just gross!
Getting a little ridiculous here with the service and nickle and diming everyone for everything little thing. $2 to split a sandwich with someone, $1 for onion. Etc. It's not even about the money, the manager gives us an attitude everytime we question anything. There was even a time when I was told by the waiter I could substitute something and then it wasn't true. When I mentioned it to the manager I was told, sorry he was wrong. Definitely not the place to go if you want good service or to be treated right.

We wanted to try this facility to see how well it compared to the original Pour House in Canfield and was extremely disappointed with the quality of food and service.. it took us almost 30 minutes to be able to order, the appetizer was cold and just thrown together, the main meal was over cooked and the fries were boarder-line burnt, I have never been so disappointed and do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, I definitely will NOT be back here, but will go back to the Canfield restaurant, we have had nothing but great food and great service there

Sarah M was our server, she was funny quirky energetic and suggested we try their queso dip which was super phenomenal. Really great atmosphere was not very busy the night we went in. They have a band on Wednesdays she told us. We will definitely be going back.
Very disappointed. Charged extra for sides and was informed prices went up but menus were not changed. Poor attitude towards customers
Good craft beers, great outside bar.. nick the bartender is awesome. Great times always
