We went through the drive through, they had a full staff our order was wrong , we weren't given straws for our drinks , didn't get the sauce we asked for, didn't give us a spoon for our mashed potatoes. We also paid for apple pies that weren't in the bag . We had to park , go in and get utensils, sauce , straws and then waited 15 min for our pies . Absolutely terrible..
My husband received a chicken sandwich made with dark meat which he hates and it ruined our dinner. To make it even worse the manager said “no it wasn’t”. So pretty much called my husband a liar. Never going there again.
Went to this popeyes on 224 in Boardman. Tried to pay with our food with a popeyes gift card. We were told you can't use a gift card. New owner and it's not set up in the system. WHAT? It's still popeyes annoying. Fish sandwich just ok the battered part of the fish was falling off what a mess!
Went today for the tackle box they said they dont have it got the same thing as a combo for 4 dollars more as were waiting the advertisement for the tackle box came across the screen. Not happy
Horrible!! Chicken like rubber..the 4 piece had very little meat on them..fries cold and nasty..biscuits stale and Mac n cheese too greasy and cup had very little in it for $4.00...wont be back!
I waited a while to try this Popeyes. Service was ok the chicken was dry but the batter was not fully cooked so I have no clue how that happened. I will allow 2 more times as I give 3 tries for my reviews.
Terrible terrible and more terrible , I bought 2 meals , 1 of them being a spicy chkn sand combo , and the other being 12 piece chicken nuggets, with a chilled lemonade , I get my order it’s 3 tenders… and my “chilled lemonade” was far from chilled and could have honestly thought there was alcohol in my drink something definitely fermented just by sitting so long.. mind you it’s 11:30 AM in early March and my drink was completely frozen even tried calling their store number , just rang for a good 20 mins-30mins …

First time at Popeyes and the chicken was fine but didn't blow my mind like the ads would lead you to believe. Biscuits are good, Mac and cheese was fine as were the mashed potatoes. Okay food for a higher price than I think it's worth.
Honestly, this wasn't great.The mashed potatoes were AMAZING, but the chicken was not worth the price paid. It was a little stale and kinda gressy.Not gonna lie, if I had to choose, I would pick chick fa le after this experience.
