Anytime I received an order for Popeyes at other locations it always was quite a wait. I was EXTREMELY impressed with this Popeyes location! They were on it. Order was hot and ready to go with no wait at all. Staff was all very nice, friendly, fast, and efficient. Keep up the great work guys! You are greatly appreciated ♥️ Please don't ever change ? This was probably one of the best Popeyes I've been to. The mashed potatoes had plenty of gravy and good flavor. The rice and beans were great, really good spice. And the chicken was perfect, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
forgot 3 of my sides after making placing the order difficult and trying to rush me . also gave me two original chicken sandwiches when i asked for one spicy . poor service . poor communication . poor review . also pretty unfortunate that the (owner) only responds to good reviews and not the bad ones . corrective criticism is a virtue for poorly ran businesses , respectfully .
I don't understand how a dump like this is still open!! Went there thinking to get some dinner for my family, but had to wait well over 35 mins even though i placed my order well ahead of time on the app. I was patient and thought its ok, most places are struggling with help. Then i get home, and half my order is wrong and whatever food is received is pretty much inedible. The container of Mash opened up in the bag and was everywhere, and the biscuits were all crushed. Chicken tasted dry and burnt, like it was old.
Their food is usually really good and fresh. Only been inside once (a few years ago) and at the time, I don't remember anything being noticeably dirty or different from any other fast food joint (sorry I can't report on if it's still that way). Mostly just been through the drive thru.I increased my star rating from what I normally would do because the last time we went, there seemed to be a shift in attitude. Normally we receive a bit of attitude from the person working drive thru (almost like they're irritated people are showing up). This last time, however, the employee was really friendly, verified our order before having us pull up, and then made sure we had all the sauces and everything we needed before giving us our food
It don't matter what you order this place is out of it, it's a logistical issue. No biscuits with no chicken no beans with no rice it don't matter what it is Popeyes won't treat you nice. And bruh I love Popeyes. Not going to lie since the Boardman store opened I haven't really been hitting up this place no more
Great place to eat. Great customer service. If they make any mistakes on orders they correct it no problem. Very nice manager also???⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is the first time I was able to try that chicken sandwich that was new 2 years ago and I was so disappointed. It tasted awful. Like the grease needed to be changed. Even the nuggets were horrible. One other thing, I asked for my chicken to be fresh and it was cold :-(.
This specific location is still the WORST! I have decided to just stop going there because they Always get my order wrong! Last visit, asked for Mild chicken and got spicy, AGAIN. I think the employees just don't care about getting complaints, the satisfaction of their customers, or giving refunds. I check my bag, however, I shouldn't have to bite into every piece of chicken to make sure it's right, ugh! Ridiculous.
They literally never have anything! I was over charged, and they only threw in some pies. After being in line for about 15 minutes my order was incorrect, the line was too long because everyone working is new. The chicken also tasted burnt. A big waste of time and money.
