Some of the worst Mexican food I've ever had! Traveled from Chicago and placed an order ahead of time. The horchata is absolutely disgusting. It looked like watered down lemonade and was spit out. We purchased 5 and had to throw all out. They also missed one of our orders. The chciken skewers in special sauce was nothing more than a thin dried out seared chicken breast. The guacamole tasted like grocery store bought with some undistinguishable chemical taste. I'd avoid this place like the plague.
Where do I begin? I remember when this place originally opened as I grew up in the area from the 70s through the 90s. The food used to be so delicious...USED TO BE.The red flags were all there, but since this was a place we'd eaten at before we ignored the lack of upkeep and basic paint maintenance.We went basic. Soft tacos, Chile relleno, rice beans and a quesadilla.Chips and salsa are typical of every "Mexican" restaurant in the area, thick store bought Chips and bland salsa. The tacos had a portion size that looked smaller than a school lunch portion, and the meat on everything had no seasoning, just a pint of salt. When you tilted the food, grease poured out of it, like a magic trick. Why magic? Because it seems there was more grease than meat....for $25, this place is ridiculous. Honestly, we make far better Mexican food than these jokers. Avoid.
I came from Arizona and this is NOT Mexican food. Plain. Boring. Wrong cheese. Store bought taco shells... bland flavor. So disenchanted with my meal.. this was the first restaurant I ate at in Ohio and I didn't like the food at all. The AZ border had better Mexican food.
Our fave! Only place we go for Mexican. Great menu and prices, and the staff is the best - Especially Ricky!

The horchatas are not authentic and I lobos how a horchata taste because I’m Mexican and is made with one from bag i don’t like it but food and entrees are good not that fast serves but it’s was good

I was making Mexican food for dinner at home and decided I wanted refried beans and didn't want to make them myself. So I drove here to get some. The beans were good. However, the person who took my order could have been more friendly and made me feel more welcome.
It kills me when people order authentic Mexican food and complain when it doesn't taste like Taco Bell. Beware of those reviews. We ordered a ground beef burrito, the California burrito, and the Fish Special (Pescado Especial). Both burrito dishes were excellent. The fish was not our favorite. We wish we'd tried the fajitas because they looked delicious. The service was super fast and extremely friendly. The portions are large and the prices are good. Nothing to complain about. Support small businesses.
