It arrived hot. It tasted great. Online ordering was pretty easy. Overall great.
Food was ok, not real hot, and asked for light sauce but did not get it light it was very heavy

Was supposed to be ready in 35 mins. Then was contacted an hr later saying doordash was then delivering it 1.5 hrs later. Grubhub then proceeded to not show up and mark it as delivered. Tried contacting the store the whole 2 hrs and got hungup on. Proceeded to go to the store in which they claimed to not be able to get ahold of doordash even though it was ordered through pizza hut. After waiting 20 mins at the store the guy unwillingly made an undercooked pizza and offered no refund or appology. Seemed annoyed. Paid and waited almost 3 hrs for undercooked pizza in which is also paid a delivery fee and tip even though we had to jump through hoops then go up to the store ourselves with a newborn. Unacceptable. Never ordering from this store again
My order was exactly right and very good. It was ready to be picked up on time. This was the first time ordering from this location since moving to the area and will be ordering again. Thanks for the great service!
Pizza and breadsticks were burnt and not even cut. How can a pizza place not even cut the pizza?!? Plus they ran out of sauce, definitely need better management.
Online ordering went flawlessly. The order itself was delivered within half an hour and everything came just as ordered (we had a strange request on one pizza due to a dairy allergy so no cheese or butter) and hot! Thank you!!!
Raw dough tonight.... They use to be good not anymore. Do yourself a favor order from Wedgewood or Domino's
On September 20, 2021 we ordered one Large extra pepperoni pizza, 8 boneless honey bbq wings and a cookie around 7:35pm. It said it was going to take until 9:16pm so we thought they were backed up with orders. 9:30 rolls around and still no order, husband calls and is told it will be remade and sent out. They closed at 10pm and still no order. Contacted pizza hut on facebook and they offered a free code for any large. We asked for a full refund on the whole order.. They said it would be 5 days to get a refund. So the refund never came and I emailed pizza hut on their website and they tell me someone will be in contact within 3 business days. Haven't heard anything back. We just want our money ($30)back for the order that we didn't get.
Got a call about not having hand tossed shells ready. They are hand tossed! Also my wings fell off from the order some how? Not sure if they just never got added from the app.
