I Order a Pizza 2 days ago and the next day I got sick I don't know if Pizza Hut On Youngstown Poland Rd Is Severing Expired Tops, but it was like Food Poison I'm Very Disappointed and I will never Order there again.??
Food was cold and had very little sauce. Took a long time for delivery aswell.
It's Pizza Hut, what can you really say? The order was made how I asked and was ready when they said it would be. The app is easy to use and the drive thru is nice.
The pizza was great, the delivery time was fast and the price was on point ! But you charged my debit card three times.
I order from here at least once a month. I just orders a large ish order and everything was right! My order is right most of the time and the food is hot and fresh almost always. I still gave it a 5 star because if an item was missed or the food was semi-warm it is not the end of the world (for me). Fast-food chains do the best they can with high demands and as a fast-food customer I appreciate that! Thank you Pizza Hut :)
Last visit, I was stuck in drive thru for over 15 min - It kinda ruins a 30 min lunch period! This time, food was ready - one car in front of me and moved drive thru faster.Drive thru area needs trees trimmed, etc. When I went through in the evening, lighting was not on and it is kinda creepy sitting in drive thru for 15 min in dark.I told the person at he window. She laughed and said "oops, we forgot to turn on. " I drove past 5 min later, lights were not on, but 15 min later they had finally put them on. Needs to be a priority

I really love how fresh and hot everything is. The customer service is always friendly. But I am addicted to the wings. They are awesome. They are not those super big wings that are never done from other places and probably shot with who knows what to get them so big.
The food is good but you guys have to get your online times more accurate. You get a thin crust that takes them maybe 10 mins to cook and box then show 25-30min pick-up time. By the time people pick up the pizza, it's been in the warmer so long that the crust is soggy.Also, don't put banana peppers on top of the cheese. You just dry them out and burn them. Vegetables go under the cheese, meat goes on top.
