Stay clear of this Panera bread you'll get sick they got bugs and moldy food in there freezer management is disrespectful can't even answer when being asked a question as a manger just saying should take a little more pride in your business
I love the soup was great
Ordered group chicken noodle soup through door dash last night. It was loaded with noodles, chicken, carrots, celery. They got me hooked also was over $37 for quart of soup. So was thinking bout it all day so I ordered through the app tonight. It was cheaper than door dash only 26 but instead of a loaded soup. I got broth and scraps of chicken. I think it had 2 carrots. Last night was first time I tried panera. Tonight was last time I will have panera. Lost a customer in 2 days.
I ordered a Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich: (Chicken raised without antibiotics tossed with diced celery, sliced red grapes, toasted almonds and special dressing, served with emerald greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, salt and pepper on Country Rustic Sourdough). What I got was chicken strips, one single slice of grape, no celery, no almonds & no dressing at all! However it was loaded with too much lettuce (enough for a small salad) and 4 full slices of tomato. Won't be ordeing from here again anytime soon.
I got refused a refund (missing food) after I couldn't return it because I was going out of town and couldn't return. I hope that $11 was worth it from a once loyal Panera customer, never to return! I mean seriously I got the wrong food and all they had to do was give a a refund. Multi million dollar company just practicing bad business
I ordered some soups and it really had no flavor.and for the prices of it you'd think you get a nice amount of soup but nope.first and last time I'll be there.
The soup was great and it was a very nice atmosphere but a little pricey
Great lunch spot, good portion sizes and the food taste really good. Not 5 stars due to price. Ordered 2 soups 2 salads and 2 premium coffee and bill was around $40.
Always have a good time and great food there. Very clean with great atmosphere.
This location is one of their bottom tier ones.Regularly out of bread. How do you run out of bread when your name is Panera BREAD?Got an order of soup dining in. It was lukewarm at best.Three stars because Panera as a whole has solid food. This location just isn't that great.
