Awesome food! I highly recommend getting take out. I am giving one star review because I dined in and a young man decided while I was eating food in dining area that was a good time to spray chemicals on table around my food. Prior to him beginning I kindly asked if he could wait till I was done eating to clean the one dirty table out of the 6 or so available as I have chemical sensitivities . He argued against me and denied my request. There was also a couple with a newborn near by that’s not cool to do around babies either!! That did not sit well with me my throat swelled up and I had to leave making it so I couldn’t finish my meal like I had look forward to all day. I really wanna like this place but that was not cool. That one experience made me feel like I’m not a valued customer, I always tip too-seriously messed up you couldnt wait I was half way done with my food.
This is just what I get for trying to save time. ? LESSON LEARNEDALTHOUGH the business phone says Norma Casa's it's not Norma Casa's anymore, Ms Norma's food was very delicious. It's now called Casa de Tacos. ? But I still went in and ordered my food. ?The food quality has drastically declined, I had to throw my food out.I didn't bother calling because I will not return!!?I tipped very well, so good thing the service was good. This was a take out order.Thank God there's Los Gallos whose food is ALWAYS authentic, delicious, and excellent!!
Great little locally owned, unassuming Mexican restaurant at the end of a small stripmall that has a good menu selection and offers a more 'fast casual' style of dining but with a more personal, homemade kinda flair. Up to the counter, order and they present your trays to you at your table once your food has been prepared. There really isn't any table service.The young lady at the counter was friendly, helpful and took the time to explain their operation, different sauces and options. Can't thank her enough for that! Having ordered the Machaca Chicken burrito dinner for myself and the soft taco platter for my partner, we were pleasantly surprised by the homemade look and feel of the food presented and the generous portion sizes. My burrito was STUFFED to the gills and fairly flavorful and very filling as were my partners tacos. The refried beans were some of the BEST I've ever had, which let ya know they're definitely homemade but the rice left a little to be desired but not in a bad way, just a tad flavorless and plain looking.Not a huge selection of drink options but enough to satisfy most tastes seeing as how they don't serve alcohol.I'm gonna say we are definitely going back and are looking forward to trying some of the other selections. You can't find good, real homemade cooking often. Norma's, we thank you for a full and happy belly and a good memory.*My only suggestion to Norma's: PLEASE put up a sign thats actually on the building so you can be easily identified from the Market street. We drove by twice not realizing they were at the end of the strip, opposite Eat N Park. Only then do you see the pretty small sign on the strips big sign, identifying all the businesses within the strip.
Just tried the tacos for lunch. They were excelente! Probably the best I've had and I live in Phoenix where tacos are everywhere. Can't wait to go back and try more tacos and other food.

This is the best place to get tacos in the Boardman/Youngstown area. Staff is great. Would highly recommend!!

$ Went there with my daughter, we had the enchiladas, beef and chicken. Slightly Americanized Mexican cuisine. Exactly what we expected. Good, fresh, hot and spicy food on a good sized menu. The staff was very courteous, friendly and professional. The prices were on point as well, plenty of food for a good price. Thanks Norma's, I'll be back for sure.
I have been eating here for 10+ years! These people make awesome food at a great price. You really can't beat it. Pro-tip: I usually ask if they have any specials going on for the day. When they do I am never disappointed. Even if it is something I would not normally order.
