I love the lobby eating area here. They need to get better for people that order online though. Someone almost did not get their meal in front of me because the people there said it did not go through on their end. Other than that no problems here. Most McDonald's cannot get an order right. Every time they get it wrong. This one is always on the ball. Even though it looks really ghetto, and really dim lighting outside. They do not even have the Big McDonald's arches out front, or a bill board.

It was fine. Not my favorite drive though. But honestly, its drive through. So it was fine.I appreciate the staff that showed up.

Worst experience in my life, messed up my entire order. You could hear the workers complaining about the other customers through the drive thru. Made me pay for a triple cheeseburger but only gave me a single and refused to acknowledge my multiple phone calls and when I went back through the drive through they told me they don’t “fix mess ups” and to go to a different McDonalds. Overall I’m disappointed, as I found most McDonald’s in the area have pleasant workers and the orders are always correct. I just can’t believe how incorrect this was. We ordered honey mustard and they gave us two packets of honey. It was a simple order with the triple cheeseburger and a 10 pc nugget with honey mustard. The workers here don’t deserve to be paid to do an awful job at the bare minimum.

Normally I get a small coke with my food but today I decided not to since I knew I had drinks at home, but when I got to the window for some reason my mind said I did so I told the woman “oh I got a small coke too” then instantly realized, so I said “no wait I’m sorry I lied don’t worry that was my bad” Yknow. Next thing u know she’s like hang on with this grin on her face, she gives me a coke anyway and smiles at me and I feel like she was just so sweet. This McDonald’s always has such sweet workers with nice intentions and I love coming here

Was very unhappy with the service here. I ordered dinner through the drive through. I had a very larger order. I asked the drive through girl if she had a bag to put all the orders in, she handed me a medium size bag, which was not efficient. She did not offer to put the orders in a bag she handed me a bag with an attitude. I asked to speak to the manager in duty, who gave me a delivery bag (which was efficient) , as well as bagged my order. I had to go inside the restaurant, as I was only given 1 chocolate milk as I was supposed to get 3. Not only did the manager Scold her employees in front of counter full of customers about not having the front end fridge stocked, but was rude. As my son as I walked out, all 3 (the 2 managers, and the drive through girl) was were making rude remarks against my son and i as well as laughing. My son is 8 years old and witnessed all this. I asked for the cooperate number, one of the managers stated it was in the door. Which it was not. Very un professional. I used to be a manager in fast food, as well as I was serve safe certified….this service is not only unprofessional, but unacceptable, I will drive to the other side of town to go to McDonald’s. I will not return to this one.

Fries dumped completely upside down, no sauce and no mcchicken, which is fine I just wanted it fixed. The order was fixed but staff was not friendly and treated me like it was my fault the order was wrong. Canfield location is the better one.

Long story short: Cashiers do NOT listen and get argumentative even if you acknowledge an issue isn't their fault personally but the apps or mcdonalds as a whole. Take things personally everytime regardless of the context. Terrible service from all of the locations owned by the guy who franchises the local McDonalds in mahoning county.I got a mobile order at 9:50 through the app, with no warning as to what time they close. They apparently recently changed their hours to closing at 10pm. When I get there at 9:55 they say they cannot see the order due to it being so close to closing, fine. I tell them "well that's McDonalds fault not yours, I'll just order normally since you aren't closed yet." Then they have me come around to the window instead of taking my order because they want to check my phone for the order. I state ok. Get to the window and they see the order. They tell me again well it's so close to closing. One offers to take my order I said "ok well again it's not like it's your fault its McDonald's app designers' fault for the app so sure I will order." Then the next one goes "well we are closed after all of course it wouldn't work..." I state but you weren't when I ordered and nor are you actually closed at the moment since its not even 10pm yet show her my phone and time clearly states it is not 10pm and somehow she could not hear the girl right next to her stating she would take my order. yet this employee continues to argue and so does the one offering to take my order. No reason to go through all this when I clearly stated that I understood the situation and would just order through the drive through like normal at the very beginning. Their cashiers have comprehension and attitude problems.

Service sucks!! All school age kids with no manners or customer service experience.. Really just Rude!! They walk around on their phones talking and giggling all the while the drive thru is SOOOOOOOOOOO BACKED up.. By the time I get close to the window 5 cars either in front of me or behind done drove off.. SMFH It's just a tragic waste of time.. I'm never satisfied with their service EVER!! They don't even deserve 1⭐?

My order was not made correct then they corrected it. I feel they was rushing and my sandwich meat was real hard. Customer service was bad.

Ordered two quarter pounders with cheese with the 2 for $6.00 offer. Got home and one of the two looked horrible. The patty was an overcooked squashed piece of leather. The other one was ok. What kind od deal is it if one of the 2 for $6.00 should have been thrown away. Next time, if ever, I'll check the burgers for this crap and go back through the drive through for a complete replacement of all the food I ordered. Why all of it? Because usually by the time they replace it, and I finally get home it'll all be crappy.
