I live nearby and it’s my go to for breakfast. But I must say, The staff is much better than what it was. But if you don’t go first thing in the morning or during lunch rush don’t bother! The food will be overcooked, burnt, or dry. They’ll tell you they don’t have pies just so they don’t have to make them. The night staff is rude and have bad attitudes like they don’t want to do their job. It’s a last resort stop for food if you get evening cravings.
McDonalds Belmont Ave Youngstown Ohio just terrible ordered quarter pounder meal with cheese that looked like a regular cheeseburger french fries looked like potato sticks never again steel counter was sticky when went to rest my hand on it this was April 30 2022 a little after 12 noonIf you want the best McDonalds WESTERN RESERVE ROAD they are the best and only clean polite employee's,,, clean restrooms,, GREAT FOOD clean dining & beyond 5stars but BELMONT YOU SUCK A MERE DIVE OF A GREASY SPOON wish could give -0- stars
Have yet to have a bad experience at this McDonald's. My food has always been fresh and hot. I eat here fairly regularly during lunch hours and have never had a bad interaction with the team at this location. They genuinely seem to care about their customers experience. Wait time is average, even when they have you pull up or off to the side. In my experience, the most consistent McDonald's in the area.
Service was very quick. 5 cars ahead of us and we moved pretty quickly. Food was hot and service was friendly. Our fry portions barely filled out the container.
Sat at drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes . Was told one moment twice . When I finally left there was no one sitting at the window . They won't answer the phone . Most crappie service ever . Was late for work . Couldn't even get before going to work
It a hole in the ground .their take out line is not enough and food can use a little help and their employees can use a little training in how to take care of customers leave your bad attitude at home and remember we are all equal so rules should be apply to all people's notice stuff like this nasty is not good

I just stopped recognizing the food anywhere if taste nothing like McDonald's would be even 10 years ago.
My experience at McDonalds was alright, an not to busy, or just maybe before the lunch rush started my meal was hot an my coffee was cold as I ordered it, a little sugary but it was still great because I love my coffee cold with my hot meal.
