They don't get the order right, and get rude about how they messed up your order. Literally returned the whole order, food Untouched, after looking at the order, and visually seeing, it wasn't right, I immediately called to return the food, and get the correct order that I paid for, and it didn't happen, they didn't even try to correct the order... Smh Bottom of the barrel employees. Better get used to flipping them Burgers, and you don't even qualify for that. Good luck with that YSU McDonald's. Go Penguins!!!
Super slow today sadly,order in app because is the fastest way but I was on the spot for at least 20 minutes, lady dint even apologized, I'm hoping next time they do better ,so sad.
Ordered a 20 piece large fries and a diet coke with no ice and told them twice and still they didn't put it on the order so they don't pay attention when people are ordering
The drive thru people were awful and unfriendly. Got 2 double cheeseburgers and they were a mess.
I truly enjoy this McDonald's. I always get hot fries and hot food here.
The nuggets were suspiciously soggy, the filet o’fish was 60% bone, and the fries tasted like they were made yesterday. Waste of $12, but at least now I know never to come back to this location.
Usually great but fries were cold today only McDonald's that doesn't make you pull forward and wait an hour for your food
Special order was correct. People could have been a little bit more friendly but as it is a busy season and they are slammed I understand why.
Downtown Youngstown. Sux bad. 40 min wait one night. Not kidding. Drive thru. Doesn't help Doordash or other customers Austintown at night no problem s or that towns Taco Bell

Didn't even know it was possible to get burnt food at a McDonald's had 2 mc doubles one was so burnt it was just black. The other was not charred the cheese was just half on half falling off. I will say the frys were good and hot but the fact that the burgers even left the window like that would be enough to keep me from revisiting. I really in all my life never have had anything burnt by McDonald's until today. They were busy so I understand to some extent a wait and I'm patient enough, but to just hand food out like that was not even close to okay. I'm really not that picky this was a truly horrible experience.
