Ordered online. Said would be ready at 6:30pm got there. And stood there until 6:55pm then it sat there behind her as she played on her phone. I had to speak up and say can I please have my order? She said ya and tossed on counter. They were rude dirty appearance. Restaurant was dirty. And the one blonde manager was eating toppings as she put together a pizza. That is disgusting. Putting your hand to mouth then touching the food. Granted it goes in oven after. But they were so lax and so unprofessional. Never will I go again. First and last time there at the Kirk Rd Austintown location! I drove 8 miles from Boardman fkr that bad experience. Bad service.
I placed a $60 order for delivery it was early in the day about 1:30 they said 40 mins but the food arrived pretty quickly. However I ordered two cinnamon squares and they didn’t send the icing. I called immediately to see if I could catch the driver thinking maybe they were in her car. I literally sat on the phone for 27 mins before I just hung up because no one picked up. I’m not sure if they just knew my number and caught on to the mistake or what! I just wanted the icing with the squares

Your location sucks spoke to mod pizza never arrived they took my card info and never once asked my name when I called back They had no clue who my name was and mod stated a name that was not mine so you all can like taking peoples money and not delivering food that was ordered and still To this point you all can not figure out that mine name is so how the he ll can you charge my card

Ordering from Marco’s, has been a great experience, and hope to order from this establishment in the near future. Keep the pizzas fresh.
has gone insanely downhill the past few months. new management is a joke. pizza is made like nobody was ever trained to make them. not worth it
They forgot my ranch which they charged almost a dollar extra for , would not drive the 30 seconds away I am to make up for it. Was rude on phone and very unhelpful.
My order was place online got delivery.. I was called and told there were no elivery drivers so the order would be pick up or cancelled. i agreed to pick up and was told 25 to 30 minutes. When I arrived, i was told the order was already picked up by a woman. I just created the Marcos account and no one has access to a new email. At least they were willing to refund my card since I prepaid but it's not the first time I heard of this issue and won't be returning unless the Kirk Rd store figures out the issues
