I used to come to this place all the time when I was younger. Decided to come back today, and it is NOTHING like i remember.Ordered food, had to wait on it for about an hour and a half. And it was two dozen wings. And there was only about 5 people there when the order was placed.I don't know if the bartender is primarily a bartender, or real estate agent, but her main concern was talking real estate with fellow patrons. Took me over an hour to get a menu. Had to ask twice for it. And when someone else at the bar wanted a menu, she came over and snatched my buddy's menu from him while he was looking at it.This is not the krakatoa that I remember. I know doordash called them twice to see if they were open because of the lack of business.I really hope this was an anamoly, but I'm not coming back again.
My partner and I love it here. He usually gets a couple beers and I get something fruity. I always get cheese sticks with beer cheese and if im hungy i also get a chicken sandwich and my partner always gets some kind of burger. Everyone is nice and the food is good. Nothing to special on options for food tho just your typical bar food selection.
Food gets a five for me! Service could be better the bartender was the only one working and gave me some serous atadude and thin rolled her eyes at me for a cup of ranch!!! I'd come back for the food but some people need a attitude adjustment might have just been a bad day but a little kindness goes a long way! It was me and my friends first time there!!
Great food and excellent service. I had the Bali pork tacos and they were deelish. The bartender was super nice from greeting us upon entering to taking care of our every need. Definitely going back.
Friendly bartenders and fun clientele. Haven’t tried the food yet, but drinks are good and plenty.
DO NOT TRUST WITH CARD INFORMATION!!!Day 4 after Jason replied to this and I am still waiting for a response and a refund of my money.I call everyday and leave my name and phone number with employees and have yet to receive a call from Jason.I want my money back calling bank today to cancel charge because Krakatoa has illegally charged my card for 12 days even tho I’ve called every other day lolI will update this until I get my money back.
Absolutely love this place, it’s super chill and has awesome drink and food specials for happy hour. Staff is always friendly, food is made fresh every time, and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a beer and some great food.
I used to consistently go to Krakatoa for their food and atmosphere, their food is to be amazing and last night me and friends went in and are burgers were completely undercooked bacon was rubbery and the fries are undercooked. is very disappointing
Usually love this place but today ordered take out an mine an my husband's burger was horrible the fries were under cooked just plain awful. So disappointing since this was our favorite place for burgers
Good atmosphere and very inviting.The waitress was awesome and the food look delicious. Went there with my girlfriend on a date.
