It ok. Food was ok the was dirt. Dusty the service not bad just one lady run a round kind of dark looking. Could be a lot cleaner. The buffet bar was small.I not be going back anytime soon. They need to make a lot of changes. If the price go up for the changes that need to be done it be ok
I would give a zero if I could. They are discriminatory against service dogs. My husband who is a blind veteran and I were accompanied by his service dog/sight dog. Upon entry we were immediately told we were not able to stay due to the service dog. The hostess took me out to the lobby and pointed to a sign saying no pets. I tried to explain to her that she is a registered service animal and that they are not allowed to deny service due to the dog. She ran to the back of the restaurant/kitchen and came back out shaking her head and saying no. This is extremely illegal and goes against ADA rules. They were extremely rude.
Should be zero stars, but that is not possible. STAY AWAY!! Management has no clue about food service regulations. My wife got sick from the yum yum sauce, which is left out at room temperature. I brought this to the attention of the manager, and was promptly brought the bottle of the sauce they use which said "refrigerate after opening". Unbelievable!!!
I got in there in time for the supper buffet and found it very good, from soup to dessert. The selection was very diverse and delicious. Price was not bad.
I love this place, they are very nice people and they remember me every time I go in there.
This is absolutely the WORST buffet I have ever been to. The picture I have on here is the extent of what selection they have. It is $9 for the lunch buffet and it’s not even worth half of that price. The food was lukewarm at best, including the food that is supposed to be served cold. The food has clearly been sitting for hours it is dried out and honestly doesn’t taste very good. The restrooms are horrifying. I would give zero stars if I could. There is another buffet in boardman that is better, I suggest you go there.
This is my favorite place. They have a wide selection of food. The ambience of the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff are just unbeatable. Its very clean. At the checkout I asked the cashier's name; she said,"Melody". She always wears that welcoming smile just like her name. I don't know why people give bad reviews about them. I would love to come here again and again.
First thought as walking in.. place smelt horrible, like sewer!Checked out the bar an it also looked horrible an like it had been out all day!!Didn't feel like getting food poisoning today!!Took my family else where!!** Also over priced
This place was horrible! We are out of towners and it had some good reviews. The bar heats food unevenly. Soup was lukewarm...but some of the food was hot others cold/lukewarm. The chicken with mushrooms.. the only good thing was the mushrooms. The chicken was grisly and chewy. Tried using the salt shaker and the salt was stuck inside the shaker and had to smack it on the table to be able to use it. Food wasn't the greatest overall.
Don't know anything about this restaurant except that I saw 2 employees out back washing cooking racks with a power washer!!! I'm not gonna eat there!!!
