I come to this dunkin often as it is close to my work, I am not one to complain but my tea always taste like coffee, and the people working there all they do is swear except this one gentlemen he is always so professional
I love Dunkin but why in the world is it so hard to actually STIR the drinks before handing them out to the customer. I just got an iced coffee and as I was pouring it into my tumbler all the sugar was at the bottom, you can tell it wasn't even attempted to be stirred when it was handed to me. Do better please
The Dunkins app provides so many bonus reward point opportunities, I barely go to that other coffee place anymore (Starbucks). Tried the Salted Caramel Cold Foam Cold Brew and it is delicious!
Most of my dunkin ?♀️ runs are awesome but every so often I get a terrible coffee. But not as of late thanks to Mrs Draya at southwood's Dunkin! Thanks for being the best barista!! Love your coffee Lady!!

The employees are always polite, I've never had a bad experience with them. I go there pretty much everymorning. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because a few times that I ordered there, my hash browns were really cold and stale. Other than that, I love this place.
Definitely hit or miss as someone has said already. One time I went thru the drive thru, in a hurry I work in Warren. Get my coffee Xl Hazelnut Xtra cream Xtra sugar. Start on down the road sip my coffee. Ah man it is a regular cream and sugar coffee. No time to turn back. I throw it out the window. Then the next day had a horrible line in the drive thru that was really slow... I pulled off. Since I have used 2 other Dunkin locations on my route to work... More experience @ this locations. The coffee is always Great
