I keep waiting for the customer service to get better and it’s just not happening. Two weeks ago I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and there were only two cars in front of me. Today I go inside and two girls are yelling back and forth over whose job it is to get the register and the girl who ends up taking my order just had the worst attitude. I used to never have an issue here

Walked in and the girl at the counter had an attitude from the get go. Ordered a drink and some doughnuts and my husband had a question about the omelette bites. This girl proceeded to roll her eyes and give attitude. She didn’t want to be bothered and started to walk away. Then started laughing with the other children in the store. I then got even more angry when asking for a manager and the attitude we got from the girls then to find out there was no manager in the store at all! They refused to give the number to a manager or district manager. Never again this place keeps getting worse I will drive down to niles.

This is quite honestly the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I've been here multiple times, the bagels are always burnt and the specialty drinks are never made right. Multiple times I have ordered specialty drinks and received a plain cup of cold brew coffee with no additives. I'll take the extra few minutes and go-to the one across town from here on out.

My experience was not a good one they didn't have any expresso or charge up or anything the cashier was Moody and ignorant I would not recommend this store to anybody

Why don't you guys have a working phone? it's something that needs fixed asap. Also there is no way to add whip cream to anything off of doordash or uber. Come on guys!

I feel like the more and more I go to this location the progressively it gets worst. I had a very simple order 2 regular glazed donuts and a medium coffee with French and sugar. Only got one glazed donut and the coffee tasted old. I usually enjoy Dunkin’ but this one is probably the worst in the area. The guy on the speaker was very rude and when I asked for a receipt there was none given. Just a bad experience all around

Had a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit which was way too salty. Hashbrowns were soggy, burnt, and tasted like plastic. Manager yelled multiple times loudly for staff to clean up. Coffee and French cruller were good.

I guess my taste buds changed at the beginning of this year because I have really started liking coffee, and I tried my first coffee from Dunkin this past January with these guys. The drink they recommended for me was so good that I still have the sticker in my driver side pull down mirror, so I can get it everytime Its a really small location so sometimes the line can be packed, but if you're patient its SUPER worth it because all the employees are super nice and they take their time to make sure everything comes out perfect

Took my Mom through the drive thru to get her a cup of coffee. We were in line so long when we got to the window to get her coffee, it was cold. SO obviously it sat there made for about 25 minutes.

Over all I typically enjoy Dunkin'. However, this specific location is super iffy.some days your order is spot on and delicious, other days (unfortunately at this location i have found its the majority) my normal order doesn't taste anything like my normal order. I have never had anything BAD from this location, just never exactly what I order. The flavors aren't strong and the coffee tastes almost burnt.Obviously its not enough to stop me from going back. But it is just something to keep in mind.I have never had an issue with the customer service. All customer service employees should be respected and thanked for showing up in this crazy world.
