Nice employees make it easy to order. Food was great. Subs can be cold or hot with plenty of toppings to choose from.
I was told it would take 20 minutes for bacon to cook. ......Then, I had 6 subs ordered and they couldn't even figure it out at checkout ?.......complete trash ?This is the boardman ohio locations.Highly suggest going somewhere else to eat.....
I will NEVER eat at the voardman location again. To start off I brought my family of 7 there for dinner , and Immediately The woman i assume was in charge ,considering she was wearing a black shirt unlike the rest, rolled her eyes at us and mumbled something under her breath to the young man taking our order that made him star and grin. Then as my husband ordered he asked for bacon, and the woman : Marie Martinez, proceeded to tell my husband it would take 20 mi utes to cook the bacon. Now ive never worked for a Dibellas, however I have worked in food for a LONG time, for multipal sub places, and I can tell you that unless dibellas is something super different , the bacon comes pre cooked and is heated upon request, and it does NOT take 20 mins to heat. This tells me, again working in the food industry as long as I have that she just didnt feel like going to grab bacon from the back. Then we continue down to register and she makes every single one of us repeat our orders. now this is frustrating for two reasons :1.) Beacuse she has already made us all feel very unwelcomed and annoyed2.) there were 6 different subs. that they wrote down on reciept type papers, you mean she couldnt use those to ring us in ,? As a subway manaegr even we were able to do multipal subs in an easier fashin . Then when i asked about using the papers she proceeded to get smart with me and tell ume that if we all repeat what we order ir would be just fine .I have never felt more unwelcome in a resturant setting in my life. i know we wont return and I will be spreading the word. if your managers dont like their jobs so much that they are willing to treat customers so poorly then maybe they are in the wrong industry
They have the best subs in the area. If you have their foot long you will be spoiled and won't go back to the other famous one. Dibellas foot long = 2 foot long of the competition brand.
The subs are fantastic, and the staff are friendly. The management at the Boardman location is always accommodating and great with customer service!
Asked for extra pickles and American cheese and got cucumbers and mozzarella cheese.. my boyfriend didn’t have any cheese and no olives on his sandwich. We already waited 20 minutes, Atleast take the time and make sure the order is correct.
One of the best subs around. Always get the godfather. Really good spicy peppers. Excellent bread. And always get it hot. They grill the meat instead of just toasting the sandwich.
I have purchased for my family and they love these subs.I decided to purchase for an executive luncheon and i got the Premium Package that feeds 8-10 and it was excellent alot of food and great presentation. If your looking for catering needs give them a try! :)
My husband and I stopped here for lunch. We both had a cheesesteak sub. It wasn't fantastic, but it wasn't the worst I've ever had. We felt the prices were very high, especially for sides & drinks. We paid $22 and change for two 10-inch subs, ended up not getting a drink because we didn't want to pay $2.29 for a regular sized fountain drink, or $1.79 for a small bag of chips.,
Ordered the Chicken Philly Salad. Menu reads comes with premiumGrilled chicken sautéed peppers and onions with American cheese. Guy taking order asks do you want cheese on it. I said yes American. He said any vegetables Like sweet peppers. I said that would be great. Well I get back to hotel room, no cheese, no sweet peppers, and had grilled mushrooms, which were good. But it was not even close to a chicken Philly salad.
