Never got to order....I've been to other locations amd enjoyed the food and service. However, this one was painfuly disorganized. Even though we stood there for ages to order and were told they'd be right with us and even helped someone pick up their order who came in long after us (though that was kinda weird and difficult for her), we never got someone to take our order. Oh, well. I'll go elsewhere...and did.
Just moved to the area and have been trying all the local pizza places, and this place was great! We got a traditional pizza, steak salad, bacon cheese fries and a buffalo chicken wrap. Even though the buffalo chicken wrap was missing the buffalo sauce, it was still very good. Missing some sauce on the wrap isn’t a big deal and everything else was also delicious. We will definitely order from here again!
We love this place and rarely have any problems. I won't let a few bad times keep us from it howeverThis time I am a little more upset than usual.We ordered delivery which we rarely do but I was exhausted and decided to just get delivery so I could shower, take care of our kids, and just get a few minutes of peace before bed. I expect it to take while. I work in food I assumed it was busy it's sunday and nice outside. I also get that they might have gotten some phone calls because everyone's order is running late. I did not appreciate being talked to so rude because I called to inquire about my order that was supposed to be delivered an hour ago wasn't there and I wanted to make sure that it went through. I was told "as I said we only have one driver and he has been taking multiple orders" and that's all she kept saying she never asked my name just assumed that I had kept calling. So here we are an hour and a half and almost bed time with no food or answers as to if my order is even on it's way because I was totally disregarded as a repeat caller and then hung up on. So to feed my children before bed I have to cook which is exactly what I was trying to avoid as well as a late dinner and I can only imagine the quality of food that I am about to receive. Almost 70 dollars plus tip and I have to cook and deal with pld food
Customer service was good and they have very good food especially the pepperoni rolls
Don’t ever order Online from the Poland location. Made this mistake and received a call 45 minutes after selected delivery time that order was cancelled. Order from the Market Street location or just get Bruno brothers.
LOVE this pizza, specifically the thin crust with hand-cut pepperoni. Delivery came piping hot with a smile. The cannoli were crispy, fresh and tasty.
Got a pepperoni roll, it was gigantic, good for two meals. Reasonably priced and it was very good but I waited a pretty good amount of time after they said it would be ready, in fairness it was a Saturday night so they may have been busier than usual.
Great food the pizza roll was abnormally huge...
Almost always my go-to pizza choice when I’m in town. And for the local pizza selection Youngstown area, that’s saying a lot.
