Literally the worst staff ever to deal with. I have been ordering from here for years and I placed an order for a pepperoni roll tonight (3x pepperoni. Extra cheese, add banana peppers). I get to work and a few hours later i finally get to eat and i cut it open and it looks like regular pepperoni, regular cheese and TRIPLE banana peppers, i call politely and spoke with a woman named Zak? Said she was the shift manager, i explained to her what i got and all she kept saying was that she made it personally and there was nothing wrong with it. Ummm im holding it in my hand and took pictures to show them and i wasnt looking for a refund. Just a replacement for how i actually ordered it and all she said was she can only take a customer complaint. When you cant even eat it because its so hot from 1lb of pepper's, then maybe you should learn how to make a pepperoni roll the correct way. Well that will be my final order from them and will have my bank issue a refund.
The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. It took 10 minutes for someone to come over with menus. We ordered our drinks, there was 5 of us 4 drinks came out and my Sprite came out 45 minutes later in a child’s cup with a lid. It then took 10 minutes more after asking for an adult cup. I then went to the front counter to ask a question, and it took 10 minutes for someone to respond to me. Once the pizza finally came out, my kids and I were done eating before they brought out my wife roll. The pizza and rolls were very good, however I honestly have never had such a terrible dining experience and will not be returning.
I'm sorry to leave a poor review, as this was my family's 'Go To' Pizza spot for the last 19 years.Everything on the menu from appetizers and salads to the higher end items were always fresh and delicious!Sadly, the quality AND quantity have gone down significantly. Unfortunately so has customer service. PLEASE do better!8 out of 10 times recently that we've ordered carryout, the food was not at the potential I know Coccas was best known for.Tonight we ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese (which we were charged for) and got sauce on crust with a small handful of cheese, kinda tossed to one side of the pizza, and a Buffalo chicken roll that wasn't even near being cooked through AT ALL. And this isn't the first time we've encountered this, so I ask politely every time to have any rolls baked a few extra minutes, which ends up with the person taking my order letting out a very noticeable sigh of annoyance and/or my request not being made.I know the pandemic has left many companies and restaurant chains with little help and rising costs of ingredients, and it's been taken into consideration, but I beg of your company to do better! Please!
I'd like to take a moment to thank all the staff working the day/night of 2/20/22. We called just 10 minutes ahead of time for a party of 25. We ended up having slightly more people but with out hesitation they accomadated us. Due to covid everyone is short staffed but this crew working worked so well together to take care of our large party plus all the other customers. Service was great and so was the food!! I highly reccomend the nico tino roll with pepperoni and bacon..... so delicious!! We will back again with our crew!!!
Heart shaped pizza's were great and the kids play room is always helpful for families
We have dealt with this establishment for many years and have continued to watch its steady decline.Unfortunately,This time is the last time for us.Upon placing the delivery order an employee by the name of Zac took the order and couldn’t get it straight due to bad connection and noise. I told him I will need the 14 inch pizza with extra cheese.After waiting for nearly an hour,The driver who was very nice arrived with the pizza. It was supposed to be a 14 inch but they made me a 16 inch by mistake..Instead of admitting they made a mistake the driver said Coleen the manager wants him to bring it back and they will have to make a new one.Really????How cheap and ignorant can you get?? I called her back and she said that’s the way it is.She was very rude and absolutely non apologetic and could care less about the customer.All in all, I waited 2 hours for a 14 inch pizza.The only thing I can say is that there are many many pizza restaurants here in the Youngstown area and I will be happy to give them our business.Colleen and coccas pizza have seen the last of my business.
So I have spent a lot of cash at Cocca’s Pizza. Yesterday was my last order. It was a hour late. It was cold and nasty! Driver said they were busy , but my $20 order was not imported to them. Customer service sucks maybe you should close down some of your restaurants and take care of your customers who still wanted your food. Going elsewhere.

I love their sauce. It's not over seasoned and don't give me heartburn. I grew up on this pizza. We ordered it all the time as a family dinner. We all love Cocca's Pizza.
Always good food nice people. I go to play keno between my kids basketball practice. Nice place and clean will definitely be back.
