Been ordering for few years now food was great til today quart of sweet/sour chicken terrible very greasy and ransid tasting as grease was old chicken very hard and dry as if cooked previously dark in colorCalled ask to speak to manager their American entrepreneur did make an attempt speaking to someone then hanging up shame on me once,,,shame on you twice won't be ordering ever again you've lost a loyal customer as if looked me up by name/ address they would know how loyal of customer I was to their business all owner/ manager had to do was come to phone gb

The China Star served us excellent food. The Seafood Dinner was delicious!!! Also, we got stuck in snow outside and they loaned us a snow shovel. The cook came and helped us by shoveling and we got out. Good service !!!shovel and

Food was okay at best definitely have had better but what really upsets me is with having cancer I can only eat certain things we ordered 3 combos beef and broccoli combo boneless BBQ spare rib combo and shrimp lo mein combo they gave me bone in combo and just a large pork lo mein and basically told me either they can give me the money back and take the food meaning I wouldn't have anything to eat or deal with it they refuse to fix it said it was a whole 40 minutes Drive which it wasn't it's a 15 minute drive native pay extra for delivery horrible place WONT GO BACK
Very rude and they always take over an hour to deliver but they're right down the road from me. I've used them twice now and it's always that way. This time was an hour and a half! This time when I called they were very rude and over charged me. They didn't even give me a chance to talk or say more then 2 words. The entire time I was talked at about how it's not their problem it's the banks and it'll be refunded in a few days. I don't appreciate being talked at and not to. I won't be buying from them again. Such a shame cuz the food was decent.
This place is disgusting.. they are absolutely terrible. When I called to tell them I had plastic in my food they gave me an attitude and told me to come up there. So I did. They have young children in there working.. I told them I wanted a full refund of my food because I choked on the piece of plastic that was in the chicken. The lady offered me 6 dollars ? After plastic was stuck in my throat. 6 dollars ? 6 ? So I did not accept and they called the cops. I literally chocked on the piece of plastic it was stuck in my throat and they offered me 6 dollars. I will never in my entire life order from this place again and I would advise everyone else to do the same.
I would give zero stars if I could. PLASTIC was found in the chicken causing choking. Thank God it wasn’t one of my children… They offered nothing but $6 and were rude! It’s not even about the money THERE’S PLASTIC IN THEIR FOOD ?
I ordered some beef fried rice and some beef and broccoli the food is good no complaints other than the late delivery(25 min) which is kinda understandable but the food was still hot
I HAVE NEVER had a good experience here. I have tried mutiple times to give them another chance and today is the last straw. From wrong order to Raw meat im over it.
