Received a Fathers Day gift of two Tomahawks. They were defrosted, no ice in the dry ice bag. Spoke with them, no passing me around, the person answering the phaone took care of it. And to day, 06.23 received the steaks again in the same type of packaging and frozen solid. Catullo takes care of thier customers. Seldom do I write a review.
Our fresh turkey from Catullo’s was fantastic! Despite being a 20 pounder, it was the most tender, moist bird I have ever made.
I no longer live in town, but my kids are used to wedding soup made with Catullo's meatballs. I recently ordered some and they arrived thawed after 5 days. I emailed and they were immediately replaced with a new shipment which arrived in 2 days perfectly frozen. Great customer service and integrity from this home town business.

Today my wife and I stopped in to purchase shish kabob. Although their wasn’t any in the display case, the employee offered to make us some. They were absolutely delicious and the service was phenomenal. Thank you, Catullo Prime Meat!
Had an issue with delivery but after reaching out to them, they made it right ! No 9ne is perfect! It's all on how you handle the situation. They did a great job !
Disappointed in pork belly. It was very ragged. Since I was making burnt ends wasn't as critical but if I was making bacon I would have returned.
I haven't tried everything but so far, so good. They have excellent chicken nugget trays (kinda like Chic Fila) and their meat snacks are the best around. I'll assume that once I keep checking everything out that this rating would transition into a 5 star.
I drove 85 miles from north west Ohio today 6/4. I arrived at 1O:45 and was informed they had no one working the kitchen so I could not get a sub sandwich. 4 workers were standing around talking and I was the only customer. One whole cooler empty, one cooler with limited items. A total waste of my time. I had planned on spending $3OO+ on prime meats, left with nothing.Take my advise, go to Giant Eagle or Heinen's, better selection, good customer service. This place sucks! I will never go again.
