Horrible. Ordered the 2for$10 meal. Ask for Original chicken sandwich and Big King, no mayo. Received my food and got the wrong sandwiches. Staff needs to practice good customer service skills. The person that was taking my order act as if she didn't understand what I wanted. I repeated the order three times. Another employee had an attitude with me. Corporate please make sure you train your employees. The food that I received was thrown together. It looked horrible. This is why I don't eat out. I would've given a rating of 1 if the manager wasn't willing to make me feel comfortable and replace my food for what I ordered.
Thank you, Jessica for responding so quickly to my complaint. I don’t know if she works at that specific Burger King but she did amazing. She refunded me for my missing drinks and cold nuggets. She’s such a sweet girl and deserves a raise, I’m coming back and giving this Burger King 5 stars for Jessica.
Just seem to miss the mark the past two times I've gone. The second to last, didn't have the items available. This last time I asked my friend to pick up supper for me because I was stuck at work. Order cheese on my burgers... neither had cheese, or the onion ring to be put on the rodeo. Fries were under cooked and over seasoned. It's always something. . I continue to go because it's my toddlers only place he'll get a burger from. But now we've resorted in just getting his & then his father and I something somewhere else.
I wanted burgers and fries in the A.M. and I got it, the food was hot and very tasty, cashier was very nice, had to wait a lil bit on my order, the man that brought my food out was very nice, I will definitely go there again...
My grand kids wanted burger king. Sat awhile in line but this time food was actually cooked. We went thru drive thru. Workers tonight we're on the ball.☺️
Service was great. Food was about as average as a Burger King gets. Something is different and I’m not sure what though
Disgusting experience!!!!!Someone vomited across the outside threshold sidewalk, preventing access to main entrance into restaurant lobby also making me and my family very nauseous as well.I went there to exchange a horribly made impossible burger purchased the evening before.And to purchase dinner for tonight fir my family after a long day at work today.The impossible burger was very tough, dry, and cold. I ordered it w/o ketchup and pickles, add heavy lettuce. Usually, the food and service id great. I'm hoping this is not a sign of things to come. In any case,, I will not return to that store. I will call corporate tomorrow.
worst Burger King I've ever been to order the frozen Coke didn't have it ordered a small root beer got a cup of ice in about 2 oz of root beer what a waste of my money.. just lost me as a customer
Sooo dinner tonight. ask for Original chicken... hmmm round bun?!?!? and Mayo and mayo and more mayo!! ChKing sauce just poured out of the sandwich! Got to the window hands me a drink and the employee says your sweat tea, I said unsweetened you mean. "oh, yeah thats what it is" I taste it and.... of course sweet. uggghhhhh DO BETTER BURGER KING
Some of the people are very rude at this location. My daughter GOOGLED WHICH RESTAURANTS TAKE FOOD CARD AND BURGER KING WAS FIRST ON THE LIST. My daughter called last night to make sure it was correct and the woman, i won't even call her a lady got an attitude with my daughter saying she called twice which she didn't and that they don't take food stamps only cash and cards so I called back saying my daughter googled it and that google says they take food card so you're probably getting other calls. The woman got an attitude with me saying mt daughter searched wrong and started saying thank yooouuuu thank yooouuuu thank yoooouuuuu not letting me talk si I cussed and hung ip. I work in customer service and it would not be tolerated speaking to a customer like that. It shows the lack of care towards the customers of not onlt the staff but the management. This location is horrible and to think I use to go there a lot to buy slushies and stuff for my kids. Shame on them for allowing employees to be so rude and disrespectful to customers. I'm absolutely disgusted by this place. Even my dad owned an company so I know customer service and this place has no care or concern.P. S. If BURGER KING IS READING THIS, SEARCH WHICH RESTAURANTS TAKE THE FOOD CARD.... YOU'RE FIRST ON THE LIST....
