SLOW!!!!! Order not as i asked it to be!
I stopped by after midnight last night expecting to get some old mediocre food. I was hungry and it was open. But my food was hot and just what I ordered. I was surprised because it was so late but I have no complaints and will come back to this Burger King.
Came through at 7 in the morning and was able to get lunch items. Friendly staff quick service even for my food to cook! Love this place.
Unfriendly staff. Young lady wouldn't speak to me. She worked the drive-thru at 11:30 pm on 2/14. I was a bit afraid to eat the food after that.
Just got burgers. Going to say it was a bad day to be there. Weather was bad. The line was long. I would guess they were short staff due to weather. Burgers had crispy edges. So I'll have to say I will have to try some other time.
I’ve seen different employees in past months and I’ve noticed the food is much more hotter and delcious. Whatever they are doing here keep it up. Great service. Great food. Great time.
Worst Burger King ordering thru drive thru takes forever when drive thru censor works and notices you are there. They have screens to see you are in line at drive thru. But they don't pay attention. Have to back out and go into restaurant to order workers always playing on phones or playing around with one another. Ice machine for soda machine always empty and the soda machine been out of cocacola for months and multi other drinks. Went into tonight because drive thru not working again. And had to pass by 3 women wearing burger King uniforms huddled around front entrance smoking. [email protected]&$ this place Wendy is right across the street. burger King You just lost a customer.
This place needs a whole new management staff , once you have the right management in place the staff will then fall into place . So upon entering the building no one was at the counter , lobby had about three people ahead of me , once the young girl paid attention to the counter she came up with an attitude very noticeable , she then took her phone out of her pocket and proceeded to check her texts and then started cussing about a text on her phone , I assume the manager was helping run drive thru and just seemed uninterested, not a single person on the line was communicating, no one was talking woth each other just a sad staff who hates working, where is the DM , where is the regional I know they see the numbers in this place , I know they see the poor scores you have to care about the business if you want it to be successful
Bought a double Whopper month ago thru drive thru bun was stale. Burger dry likedldft over fries over done too
Just ordered sat in line for 15 mins behind one car only to get to the window just to find out they never put my order in. Lady who took the order had an attitude. I sat at the window watched her throw people's food. Then they tried to give me someone's else food I just pulled off
