I understand being short staffed is plaguing a lot of places but this night my family and I decided to eat in, it wasn't busy at all. Our waitress had our table and 2 more and never asked us how our food was and didn't bother to come and asks us about refills. I understand that tipping should be given at all times but bringing our food to the table and coming back to take the bill doesn't earn anything else besides not complaing to a manager. The food tasted great as always and guess I'll continue to carry out going forward.
We got right in with good vibes, the wait for the food was a little long but they was packed per norm on a Sat. Service was good and the sever was very awesome! Service and food was tasty I would recommend BWW for sure!
The food was good. I waited at the pickup counter quite a while before anyone acknowledged me. My food was ready. They weren't. This contributed to my order not being as hot as it should have been. The tator tots became a soggy blob. Good thing they keep it in a hot box. I'm guessing they're short staffed. This is unfortunate. They were always a great place for wings.
Everything was fine young lady that took care of us to the great job we had a party at 17 but some of the different flavors of wings r just bland I felt the flavoring could have been improved somewhat but other than that it was a pleasant time
When I first started coming here the food was great on par with every other Bdubs location however over the past year or so the quality of the food has dropped. My wife is allergic to blue cheese and upon out last visit blue cheese was mixed into the ranch. Yes, we told the waitress before ordering. The staff has quickly fixed the problem however made us very uneasy. Upon out most recent visit we had a waitress that was very kind but only handled drinks the rest of the staff brought us everything else. Upon receiving our food my wife's order was incorrect. She wanted breaded chicken she received grilled. She accepted it and said it will be fine the chicken was dry but still tasted good. As for me I got 6 wings dry rubbed. Upon my second wing I had to excuse myself as I felt as if I was going to vomit. Once I came back to the table we paid and left. My reasoning for not saying anything to the staff is that when brought to there attention last time. Blue cheese incident. We were apologized to and told sorry fault of the cooking staff. Outside is a sign hiring cooking staff $200 signing bonus. This tells me they are hiring anybody to cook for them and the reason for me and my wife sitting the toilet this time is in proper staffing not there fault but best train them in a way that they do not make your guests sick.
Was treated very rudely by manager Emma due to me bringing up an issue of my being overcharged to which she advised there was nothing she would or could do. Refused to give me cooperate number and made a scene when I asked for it and her name by raising her voice to me and in front of other customers. Will be filing complaints till this issue is resolved. Would not recommend this location. Never been more embarrassed at a restaurant and one that I "DID" enjoy going to.
Online ordering is the worst. My reward certificate never gets credited and ends up as a CC purchase. 9 outta 10 orders are wrong. On the plus side, you have really good hamburgers.

Manager Emma was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was embarrassed as she raised her voice all because I brought up that I was overcharged on my bill to which she advised she would not do anything about. She became even more disrespectful when I asked her name and the cooperate number to which she refused to give and stated that buffalo wild wings is not a cooperate company. Will be filing and taking my complaint to all aspects and departments till its addressed properly.
Very good experience the waitress was very nice were very nice clothing didn't wasn't too tight or anything didn't distract anyone and was very nice I appreciated her
