I’ve always like breakfast at Bob Evans and am used to good service. Today was not one of those days unfortunately, surprisingly since it is Tuesday, not a busy weekend. After being seated, it was ten minutes until I was recognized and asked for my drink and food order. My food came a half hour later…without silverware. At least the food quality was up to par.
This place is hit or miss on food and service. The Older Lady Hostess, God bless her, most of the time is very confused. The wait staff is mostly terrible. We hate sending food back or complaining, it's not consistent
Food is always amazing. The home fries always my favorite. But the cinnamon pancakes are HEAVEN
The food was good but it took over 1/2 hour to get to us they weren't that busy The waitress was good I don't blame her she's not the cook.. Plus it cost a extra $1.15 for an extra roll..

Clean and food was good. Our waitress was super quick and got everything right. The waiting felt a bit unorganized and the wait for the food was a bit long.
I attempted to call in a take out order for just soup. I called in twice and twice they put me on hold and never came back lol.
This is absolutely the best breakfast food money can buy. They make the food just the way you like it (and I like it MY WAY?). The customer service has always been great, even during a rush. The wait time for the food being served is responsible. I'm getting hungry now that we're talking about, hope they have a table opened for me right now! lol
Good food if you’re at the Restaurant but if you order out it’s pathetic. The food wasn’t portioned correctly it was just thrown in the box and still didn’t get the order correct. Bob evans is the worst
