good food and good service
Absolutely love our local Bob Evans.
Our server was so friendly so that was a plus. The women's bathroom needed some attention big time. There was no soap. They just had sanitizer in the bathroom.I want you to look closely at my photo, do you notice anything that shouldn't be in my salad? You probably don't. I didn't notice it myself until a few bites in. And then I found it an big grape stem. Clearly someone was not paying attention in the back when they were making the food. The avocado was not ripe at all. It was very hard.They gave me my salad for half price due to the grape stem being in my food.Their banana bread is really good.
the manager told me they couldn't refund food that we didn't get after telling me she had to talk to the Manger first but then told me she was the manager when I complained about that! Food was terrible also will never eat there again.
The staff is always nice. They are funny and friendly for the most part. The service is good as well the servers do check on you as the wait on you which doesn't happen at many restaurants in this area. The food is always good too. One of my favorite places to go.
Good food, but can't make a steak that's not overcooked or well done. I like my steaks rare or at most medium rare. The green beans are also the canned kind which is not at all like fresh or steamed. Everything else I've had has been good.
For a chain restaurant, it was very well run and food quality was above expectations. Grace our server was a Rockstar. Love ya girl. Thanks for making us feel special.
There were only 2 servers working this day but they did a great job! We really didn't have to wait long to be seated or to get our food
We came here on our way to Michigan for some hot food and they did not disappoint. Seating was comfortable and warm and our server Kaitlyn was very pleasant. Food was okay, rolls were a bit cold, and biscuit was a bit salty, but overall food was good.
45 mins waiting, for 10 customers in whole restaurant. Our waitress was outside when someone else took order, came back smelling like weed. Then Trisha who cashed us out, said it was the togo orders that put them behind. Chicken was cold. French toast was cold. Never seen waitress til we said we were gonna cancel order.. then food was done and ice cold.
