Will never ever order from this location again. The workers are rude as hell. Especially the lady that is always working the window. I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and never had a problem until now. I received breadsticks and they were soaked in minced garlic! To where is was all soggy! And I ordered a regular pizza and the bread was almost like peppers it was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. I had to spend more money just to go to another place to get more food. I asked for them to remake it and the lady at the window laughed in my face and said there is nothing wrong with the pizza. She needs a attitude check with how to talk to customers.
Picked up a "sheet" in the drive thru. No "pop" (soda) available, except large diet bottles. Might be better to sit in. By the time we got to our location, the pizza was good but lukewarm. Interestingly, they tuck the pepperoni UNDER the cheese. Looks like Sicilian, but tastes more like Chicago-style, if you like that sort of thing.
OMG! I could eat here every day. Fried mushrooms are amazing and juicy and the pizza crust is doughy and just how I like it. They are generous with toppings too.
Today I ordered the fried vegetables appetizer. Unfortunately, they were prepared with old and dirty oil. They were dark in color and had a bitter aftertaste. I ended up throwing my order away. Which equated to me throwing $ 7.95 in the trash.I realize the Belleria I used to know and love was the old Logan Ave location. It is forever gone and will only exist in memory. Beware before you order here!
We had them to 1/2 cook 7 large pizzas with double sausage, mushrooms and provide additional provolone cheese. The pizza was outstanding and everyone just loved the pizza.
I have never in all my 56 years of living had to return a Pizza but today Oct.8th 2021 I did , worst pizza ever to come out the drive thru window, barely no cheese and told me he can't give me my money back and the guy before me returned his pizza, with, and no receipt either. I will get my receipt when I go back , worst cs skills ever!!!!????????

This is the 4th and last time I have been terribly disappointed in the quality of Belleria. I spoke with the Mgr. Justin, who was just as dry, low quality, and half baked as that mess they call pizza. They will go out of business waiting for me to order so much as a ketchup packet from them.
