Paid $17 for a pizza that was not edible. Water on the bottom of the box. Unable to hold slice. Would not refund the cost.
Will never go to this Belleria again. Only received half of my food, (forgot the fish from a fish dinner) other half was ice cold. When I went back, lady could not care less that she messed up and gave me more ice cold food.If you want takeout that you need to re-cook yourself, this is your place.
I was there at 8:50 pm on a Saturday picking up my dinner, 10 minutes before they close. A family of 3 walked in and asked if they were open, the staff happily said yes, seat yourself! I didn't hear one grumble from the employees and they happily served them! Way to take care of the customer. Most places would have told them they are closed for eat in.
Living in the Youngstown area,I have eaten at all of the locations. The food is generally pretty good. Do yourself a favor and order a meal. If you order a pizza at the Boardman location,expect it to be greasy and the dough undercooked. It's terrible. Chuck E Cheese is down the road if you want a better pie. For pizza I would go anywhere else other than Belleria.
I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up they told me the don't do online orders anymore and that it was my problem to solve. They didn't offer a single solution. I had paid online and had not brought my purse with me. They even got the manager who stared blankly at us and didn't offer any advice or help. I had to fight the charges online and went home and made my own spaghetti. Don't offer services online if you don't want people to use them? I wasted an hour and half of my life waiting for the order and then going to pick it up. The service industry isn't hurting because of the lack of staff or Covid..it's hurting because businesses want your money but don't care about you after they get it. Terrrrrrrible.
You can never go wrong with Belleria pizza!!Their hot peppers in oil are great also.

Food was delicious but our waitress was not at all friendly. When we asked if they had a drink menu her response was I know what we have, but when we asked what they had she didn’t in fact know. Overall good experience!!
