I ordered through Doordash to only have the order canceled by the restaurant 45 minutes after I ordered. When I called to find out why it was canceled the manager told me they had to cancel it because they didn't have a number of items to be able to fill my order.I'd just like to know 1st of all why it took them 45 minutes to figure that out and also what kind of restaurant runs out of ingredients.Will never order from here again. ?
Probably my new favorite place. The wings were very good quality, the sauce was perfect, and the price was good. We also got a gyro and a chef bread bowl salad. Both portions were huge for the price. I asked for extra olives and onions and actually got extra rather than just a couple extra thrown on top. Got a single slice of pizza and the dough/crust is comparable to wedgewood. I also deliver for Doordash and the orders are usually ready upon arrival and staff is always friendly.
Placed an order through Grubhub and it was immediately canceled due being too busy. If this is the case then it shouldn’t be available to order from?
First time trying this place.Wings are great… cole slaw and pasta salad as sides were delicious. We will be back!
Tried thier pizza for the first time. In my opinion, it was very good. Tasted fresh and homemade. Unique compared to the chain pizza places we have. I look forward to trying their wings next.
I ordered pizza and wings looked at the menu online the food was good the price totally crazy 25 bucks for 20 wings and it said 16 on the menu and a 12 inch pizza 18 bucks. Am pretty sure that was like 4 dollars more too. You really should change you prices online then.
Chicken is the best thing they offer here. The jo Jo's are way to big for being Jo Jo and come extremely soggy . The pizza is gross ? the toppings aren't cooked properly and the breading is 3 inches thick . I'm serious I've tried this place 3 times now and all three times same thing . Avoid at all cost
We just ordered 2 Chicken Caesar Salads from here on DoorDash because there is no where to eat that is close. The salads came with NO dressing. Just lettuce, cheese and stale croutons. I called Austintown Pizza and Chicken and Austin said that there was no dressing selected for the salad. Its a Caesar salad.. there is only 1 kind of dressing that goes on a Caesar salad. Door Dash did not give me the option to select a dressing either. I asked him if he thought he should have called the customer to see if they wanted a dressing. He said no because half of the orders come in like that...Most people want dressing on their salads and I am sure those customers are just as disappointed as I am right now because I couldnt eat lunch on a 10 hour work day.
