I understand that you are most likely understaffed, most places are right now and I also work in fast food so I know how stressful it can get sometimes. But if you are gonna take all that stress and frustration out on your customers, who haven't even said more than 5 words to you then you should not be in any form of customer service. Your employees need to learn how to treat there customers with some form of respect.
Always a great deal with a lot near by. Kept clean and hot fresh food.
2 for $6.00 fish sandwich can't be beat. Drive thru very efficient.
I have never had an issue at this arbys until today. They are usually friendly and the food is great but the last few times the girls working drive thru are pushy and rush you. That wasn't to bad today but I got crinkle cut fries in my $9 meal and they were disgusting. Not even edible. They were burnt, stale and looked gross. Then I asked for a couple of ranch and she gave me one. I hate this because this is usually the one fast food place I love going to because it's always so great.
March 7th, the cashier ( African-American guy) just made my day! Very good service! He’s awesome
The drive thru line was long but they are doing their best with the employees that they have. My food was fresh even though I didn't ask for it to be. It was all around a pleasant experience.
Clean place but staff was shorthanded so it took a bit to get the food.
Everything is always perfect with my orders. Today they forgot my sauces. It was worth driving back to get the Bronco Berry, Hoarsey, and Arby sauce.
Dining room closed but the food was great love the gyros
My experience at Arby's was awesome the french fries were hot an delicious also the staff were very friendly an accurate.
