I would say it was a good experience but it wasn't. The drive thru guy was monotoned. Asked for a shake at 3pm and was told their milkshake machine doesn't work, since when is arby's acting like mcdonalds employees being so lazy? We all know you just don't wanna make them. Won't be returning. Watched employee walk to shake machine, it was full functioning. Absolutely terrible. You're employees need to do better.
These people are absolutely moronic. Tell me how you order a roast beef and a fish sandwich no lettuce, for a special promo price of two for $6 along with other sides. I end up getting two sandwiches rung up for the individual price. a roast beef with a chicken sandwich with lettuce. It’s not a hard concept to follow Directions, yet there people still want $15 an hour and can’t do menial tasks!
Went to arbys today, after forgetting our fries, my wife went in to let them know, they gave us our fries and went home. Halfway through our overcooked fries, I see something that's bright blue. It was a skittle. Like how TF do you not see a bright blue skittle! I called the store to tell the manager, was then hung up on, then called corporate and was then apologized to and offered a gift card, as if I would ever eat at another arbys ever again. Would rate 0 stars if I could
I used to love Arby's, it is expensive and the food is very sloppy. When I go to Arby's anymore the customer service at any drive thru locations is horrible. I could go to Texas roadhouse and get 2 steak dinners that taste great for the same price I pay for sloppy food that may or may not even be fresh so I been just cooking at home I'm over supporting a business that has rude employees that don't even greet you and hand off your food so fast you can't get your money together fast enough before they are handing u 2 drinks your bag of food and your change rushing you off so they can do the same to the car behind you.
6 Army melts and assorted sides & drinks, as usual, for the kids. On the QT, I grabbed a medium chocolate shake. Arby's does have some of the best shakes around.

Stopped in for the new Arby's Diablo Dare.. over all its a good sandwich, I got the brisket. Good taste, not much heat for myself, but I do eat alot of hot foods. Definitely a good sandwich and you get a nice little vanilla shake as well if you need to cool down your taste buds. Well done Arby's on a new sandwich!!!
We got gyros the Greek traditional ones and they were delicious plus we got their new Mac n cheese n it was delicious! Take out
2021. Drive thru forgets an entire meal, which is forgivable. But now I will have to return to the store to fix the problem. 2021 and they just can't take it off the credit charge. An extra half an hour round trip for a $5 meal. Even their employees time is worth more than the meal.
